I’m the firm administrator of Moore Immigration, LLC, an immigration law firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with SkyView Technology Inc?

We needed an IT service provider that could provide a firewall and all of the protection we needed. We also needed someone who could provide managed services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SkyView Technology Inc provides the software and subscriptions we need, as well as managed services. We’ve purchased software from them, including a firewall and a backup subscription. They provide remote services and possibly cybersecurity services. They also do our hosting services and all of our system management.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Michelle. We’ve also worked with their CEO and a few technicians.

How did you come to work with SkyView Technology Inc?

I found them through Google. It was hard to find a competitively priced, well-reviewed IT company. SkyView Technology Inc had great reviews, and when I got a quote from them, I was happy with the price and presentation. As a result, I decided to go with them after reviewing my options.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $400 per month for some of the hosted services, which include two hours of technical support. We’ve also paid a $500 installation fee to get everything set up.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in January 2025, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Anytime we run into a problem, SkyView Technology Inc steps in and gives us a short-term solution while they work towards a long-term solution. We appreciate their ability to give us a quick fix so we can resume our work and their knowledge of what we need to do in the long term. We’re impressed with their ability to assess a situation and handle it quickly.

They’ve improved our ticket resolution time, and our computers are safer, so I have peace of mind. They’ve also gotten our scanner working again, which they didn’t have to do.

How did SkyView Technology Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great about quoting a project and walking us through what they want to do. We get the final say and they’re very price transparent, which is fantastic. They’re really conscientious and trustworthy. They use a ticketing system. We send an email to their support email, and it creates a ticket. Then, we get a call, and it’s very quick.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their service is fantastic, and they have a great price point. Their pricing is competitive, and they’re not overcharging. They’re authentic and transparent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’re happy with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate what you need with them from the beginning. They listen to their customers really well.

We've been working with SkyView Technology since 2002 prior to opening KBB Sales Group in 2019, and over the years, they've become an invaluable part of our team. From setting up and securing our email systems to migrating our file shares to the cloud, they've helped us stay current, secure, and efficient. They also helped us get set up on Microsoft 365 and made sure our file sharing permissions were properly in place so our team could collaborate with confidence.

When we needed hardware support, they helped upgrade and configure our Apple devices with the necessary security software and applications. They've also managed and updated our website, as well as coordinated with vendors like GoDaddy to ensure our domain and hosting needs were always taken care of.

What really sets SkyView apart is their ongoing help desk support. Any time one of our employees has an issue, they’re quick to respond and always helpful. It’s been a pleasure working with them over the years, and we highly recommend their services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with SkyView Technology, we've seen real, measurable improvements in our business operations. After they migrated our file sharing to the cloud and configured the necessary permissions, our team was able to collaborate more efficiently, with far fewer issues accessing or sharing files. Their support led to a noticeable drop in technical disruptions; employee downtime due to IT problems decreased significantly, and system performance improved after hardware upgrades and proper software configurations.

Security also improved across the board. With our email systems secured and all devices running enterprise-grade protection, we've had far fewer incidents and greater peace of mind. On the operations side, having SkyView manage our vendors, especially for our website domain and hosting, ensured consistent uptime and eliminated service interruptions. Plus, with Microsoft 365 fully configured, we've streamlined communication and saved time on routine administrative tasks.

What I found most impressive about working with SkyView Technology was how genuinely they approached the relationship. From day one, it never felt like a sales pitch or a one-size-fits-all package. Instead, they took the time to really understand how my business operates and what we actually needed; then they customized a plan that made sense for us. That kind of personalized service is rare.

Michael and Michele weren’t pushy; they were thoughtful, responsive, and clearly focused on building something long-term, not just closing a deal. It really felt like we were working with a partner who cared about our success, not just a vendor. That trust and tailored approach made all the difference.

SkyView has developed our website from scratch. The site is pretty simple, so we initially provided some photographs, which was about it. On their side, they’ve listed the building information and set up the login for users.

Additionally, they help us resolve our IT problems. If we have an issue with our computers or something is stuck, we call SkyView.

We work with four people.

I found them when I worked at another location. Someone referred them, and we were satisfied with their services. When I changed locations, I decided to use them as my new IT company.

We’ve been with them since January 2010, and our relationship is ongoing.

The website is private, and it’s great. Overall, I can say that they’re very responsive — they quickly solve problems when we have one. They did a great job setting up our computer program for our mechanical equipment.

How did SkyView Technology Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. We only have to deal with one person, and they’re familiar with our building and our systems. We communicate via email.

Their expertise and craft are outstanding. Most importantly, their response is always quick and successful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Call them; you’ll be satisfied with their service. We’ve worked with other people, and it was very frustrating. On the other hand, we’ve never felt frustrated with SkyView.

MC: We wanted to upgrade our computer system and needed IT support.

DJ: Additionally, we were interested in implementing some firewalls in our systems, too.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DJ: SkyView provides us with managed IT services and cybersecurity, and they’ve helped us purchase and install hardware and software. They’ve also helped us set up a secure internal network to share information using Dropbox, which we didn’t use before.

MC: Additionally, SkyView provides on-site and off-site IT support.

What is the team composition?

DJ: We’ve worked with around five people from SkyView, including Michael (CEO & President), who was in charge of setting us up initially. Michele (Office Manager & Executive Administrator) coordinates and decides which technician would work with us on any given request, and we’ve worked with three of those technicians. We haven’t met all of them because they can work remotely.

How did you come to work with SkyView Technology Inc?

DJ: We responded to an email that SkyView sent us. Michael visited us and offered several options. During our initial meeting, he was very patient and understood that we were not tech-savvy, so he started explaining the basics and helped us understand their involvement better.

How much have you invested with them?

MC: We’ve spent between $25,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

DJ: We started working together in August 2019, and our engagement is ongoing; we’ve maintained a very good relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

DJ: Since working with SkyView, we’ve had no security breaches, which is the most important aspect for us.

MC: Additionally, our downtime has been minimal because SkyView is very responsive whenever we have a problem. Before working with them, we had old machinery with complex wiring, but they’ve helped us clean our hardware systems up, which is great.

How did SkyView Technology Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

DJ: SkyView’s project management is outstanding. They’re very cost-conscious of their time and our time, and we’ve never had a project management issue. We use Dropbox to share information and files, and they keep everything securely connected. We mostly communicate via Zoom, which initially was new to us, but it has worked out well.

MC: Additionally, we communicate via email, phone calls, and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MC: In the beginning, SkyView’s patience was impressive. It took us a long time to make a decision, but Michael was very patient and gave us several options. Since then, they’ve worked with us and helped us evolve from where we started.

DJ: In addition to that, SkyView has been very consistent. They bill us the same as they did initially, and they’ve lived up to what they said they were going to do. Their approach to everything has the same consistency, which I really appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

DJ: Not really. We come to work very early in the morning, opening our office at 6 a.m. Initially, it took us a while to learn each other’s schedules. However, we’ve tempered our expectations to meet the other ones, and they’ve adapted very well to our schedule.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

DJ: Never stop asking questions because they’re very patient and great at listening. Initially, we didn’t know what we wanted, and although they could have walked away from us, they stayed and helped us understand our own needs.
