Consultant and myself,  utlimately approved by our Executive Team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our security is much improved, implemented cloud strategy, have ample storage space. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has gotten better as time has moved along and we have become familiar. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their owner seemed to be hands-on. They came highly recommended and seem to have a good breadth of expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their ticket processing software could be better.
