The project included, but was not limited to helping us with defining and developing the code/infrastructure for a new private AI that we were introducing. They defined from ground zero to production deployed. An additional constraint is that all of the work required strict compliance requirements to meet our customer's needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary measurable outcome for us is our customer satisfaction increasing.  A secondary measurable outcome for use is a reduced infrastructure spend.  Both of which have had a hug positive impact on our company.

The team was always on top of their commitments.  It was the one part of our company's work that I never had to worry about.  Most of the time they delivered early and under budget.

I’m the CEO of QuantGateway, a business services company. We provide certified surcharging/dual price/cash discounting solutions and omnichannel payment solutions ranging from mobile, swipe, and e-commerce. We’ve been powering high-volume, high-growth merchants for 20 years across numerous industries.

Key deliverables have included maintaining and strengthening our PCI DSS compliance program; continuous security and infrastructure monitoring; vulnerability identification and remediation; management of systems, networks, permissions, and security controls; development and maintenance of security policies and documentation; support for audits and compliance requirements; incident response planning; and ongoing improvements to our overall security posture and IT operations.
Rather than functioning as a traditional outside IT vendor handling isolated projects, briskData operates as an integrated extension of our organization. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most meaningful outcomes have been improved security, stronger compliance readiness, greater operational consistency, and a significant reduction in the internal burden of managing a highly regulated payments environment.
With briskData’s involvement, we’ve been able to maintain and strengthen our PCI DSS compliance program, improve the consistency of vulnerability identification and remediation, tighten access and security controls, formalize policies and procedures, and establish more comprehensive monitoring across our environment.
We’ve also seen a measurable improvement in responsiveness and accountability around IT and security issues. Items that previously required coordination across multiple internal resources are now handled through a more structured process with clear ownership, documentation, and follow-through.
Another major success has been audit and compliance readiness. Instead of treating PCI DSS and security reviews as periodic fire drills, briskData has helped turn compliance and security into an ongoing operational discipline. Documentation, evidence collection, remediation tracking, system controls, and policy management are maintained continuously rather than being reconstructed when an audit approaches.
From an operational standpoint, the biggest result is confidence. We now have a dedicated team actively monitoring and managing critical areas of our infrastructure and security environment, allowing our internal team to focus far more heavily on product development, payment operations, and growth.
For a platform like QuantGateway, where uptime, security, and compliance are fundamental requirements, that improvement in structure, oversight, and risk management has been extremely valuable.Our audits have all gone extremely smoothly. Everything has been submitted 100% on time. We haven’t had any incidents of any kind.
Since briskData became involved, we’ve seen a significant reduction in outstanding vulnerabilities, faster identification and remediation of security issues, and improved overall system stability and uptime. Just as importantly, potential issues are now identified proactively through continuous monitoring rather than reactively after they become operational problems.

created rocky 8 and rocky 9  linux image with custom desktop that we could deploy to retail outlets. Added logic when reboot that clears user directory and copies original directory in case user corrupts there user directory.  Also installed scripts for making mass updates to the remote linux desktops using private key which have used many times to fix any updates or issues to patch the OS.   Before we would have to mail a usb drive to flash but now we can do manage remotely.  Its been a huge huge plus

By Sept 2024, the image was on 50+ desktops. Success showed as repeatable USB/Hyper-V installs, reboot-restored settings, Rocky 9 store use, and 2026 mass remote fixes for Chrome and disk space instead of rebuilding and mailing PCs.

Yes excellent service.  Again helped us manage over 300 linux desktops remotely that saved the company thousands of dollars by deploying changes with secure scripts
