I’m the CFO of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma, a nonprofit that oversees Episcopal congregations across Oklahoma. We support churches, schools, camps, and communities with a mission to restore unity with God among our members.

What challenge were you trying to address with iTology?

We needed a partner to assist us with our daily IT needs. We also needed help reviewing our current network and IT infrastructure to ensure we had the necessary IT hardware and software to perform our job duties and mitigate any IT-related risks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

iTology assists us with our daily operational IT needs. The team has also helped us install and replace various servers that are no longer supported. Moreover, iTology has been our go-to company for purchasing laptops for our employees and setting them up.
Regarding their daily operational IT needs, iTology assists employees whose computers have been hacked, helps employees with connectivity issues on their personal laptops, and onboards and offboards employees in terms of access to our network.

How did you come to work with iTology?

We found iTology through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iTology provides much faster resolutions to issues than our previous third-party IT provider. They resolve issues 1–2 days faster.

How did iTology perform from a project management standpoint?

iTology is very professional and meets their deadlines. We communicate via email and messaging apps. Regarding tools, we use email to communicate the status of large-scale projects. We also have a help desk function that allows us to track the status of individual projects.

ITology came in and engineered a new server/network.  They took over all of our network support and services as well as cyber security.

updated and functional server/network.  World class data security.  24/7 user support.  Onboarding was relatively simple and yet super thorough.
