CTS was a referral from a previous colleague who started working with them. They applied to our request for proposal. We chose them because they focus on independent schools, so they know our needs. Additionally, they have staff in Brooklyn who can come on-site as needed.

We started working together in August 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
CTS has provided quality oversight of our network systems, which has been successful, including resolving some legacy issues. Our internal staff reports faster resolution times and appreciates the ability to call and get access to a roster of experts who respond swiftly. We no longer need to provide data about our assets because CTS has it all on file. Their billing and customer service are organized and punctual. Our large phone system upgrade is imminent and going well.

CTS has been punctual and collaborative. They listen and are capable. We communicate via videoconferences, a ticketing system, and in-person meetings. They're flexible.
