Since I started working with Main Street ROI, there has been a noticeable and drastic increase in the number of incoming calls, inquiries, and business. Instead of getting 20 calls a month, of which five were good, five were terrible, and 10 were in the middle, I'm getting 200 calls a month, and 50 are good, 50 are terrible, and 100 are in the middle. It's a tremendous jump. I attribute it to them.

They’ve kept us in the top five rankings organically with HVAC search in Dallas/Ft. Worth. That’s hard to do because it’s a very competitive industry. They are highly skilled with their monthly reporting. There’s a lot of metrics that they provide. They’re big on mobile search. The reporting they provide includes more than just ranking. It’s click-throughs and impressions and a wide variety of metrics. The owners of the company will tap in on Google for terms like 'air conditioner repair in Dallas.' If they don’t pop up on the first page, then they call me. They haven’t called me in over two years. The mobile search is the biggest trend. They keep on top of that and keep up with Google’s constant changes in the way that they do their rankings. They’re very good at that. Our mobile presence has definitely increased in the last year through their strategies.

We have weekly meetings, often in-person and sometimes by phone. We know that they work on our projects on certain days of the week, like Friday afternoons and Monday mornings. Our correspondence is put in a queue but they’re very responsive via email or phone if we need something done quickly. The longest I’ve had to wait for a return phone call is about an hour. They’re easy to reach because they’re here in town though I don’t think it would be a problem if they weren’t.
