Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I have worked with Krack Media for over 15 years. When a recent tech issue (my own error) sent me into panic mode, Eric and his team responded fast and had ideas for causes and solutions within minutes.

The best part - they are REAL HUMANS you can actually talk to on the phone, and that is worth every penny. I was back up and running in no time.

They also checked in over the next 24 hours to make sure everything had stayed resolved. The problem was fixed within the first few minutes, but their genuine interest in following through was reassuring.

Their commitment to customer service is unmatched. Their decades of hands-on knowledge is invaluable, and I continue to trust and recommend Krack Media. You will sleep well knowing they have your back!

They responded via the phone which I love - nothing like hopping on a call to problem solve. It streamlined the pace at which the problem could get solved. It was immideate and the issue resolved within the hour.
