From start to finish we needed to create a new look and feel for our creative agency. We needed a team to be able to cultivate these things as well as create a partnership to communicate and execute. DF created a full branding guideline for us creating the complete UI/UX design.

In most projects there is a ask. We said we need a new look/feel/life to our company. Everything was executed in a timely manner. When there was an enevitable roadblock our AM, and PM found a solution.

Full transparency we started with a project manager that did not fit. There was no hesitation to fix the issue. We end up working with Sophie, and she was an absolute pleasure, and was always on top of every detail in the project with no dissconnect.

They were able to completed the requested design within the time allotted allow our studio to continue with other critical work - thereby expanding our capacity. The client was happy, the sales team had exactly what they needed for their in-person event.

They were on time. They followed my guidelines. I was a little surprised that the form factor was not what I was anticipating - but upon reflection, I can see how my description could have been misinterpreted. In the end, it was a very small adjustment for our team to get things in the format needed.

Our original goal was to update our website fully within a year. However, we are still working towards that goal due to some roadblocks within our company. Design Force responds quickly to any questions or concerns, and our designs are available for review within two days of making a request.

Their project management is excellent. They use an app called Click Up to keep track of tasks and other deliverables. It's straightforward to use. You can also communicate with your project manager within Click Up. Our timeframe is pretty loose, but Design Force quickly delivers high-quality work.
