Our online reach has experienced consistent year-over-year growth in the 100%-200% annual range since hiring E-Impact Marketing in 2023.

The E-Impact team consistently responds to urgent requests right away, and is quick to redirect monthly efforts as needed to accomplish new initiatives that we bring to the table. That said, they are also disciplined when needed, helping us stay the course and finish previously agreed-on agenda items when we're trying to take them off track with low-priority tasks.

We needed help handling and growing our online presence. At the time, we had no in-house options and only Amish ownership.

What was the scope of their involvement?

E-Impact Marketing mostly handled website hosting and editing. The team also did some extra work, including basic office, email, admin, photo, and video work, as well as a bit of social media management. Recently, they moved our entire website from one builder to another. We can now edit the site ourselves and leave the larger content side of things to E-Impact Marketing. The team also advises us on ads and manages our social media.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other marketing agencies because they were close to my geographic location, and our company values aligned.

We worked together from October 2020–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

E-Impact Marketing briefed and publicly pushed our full website. We can now edit it ourselves, and it’s optimized for both online and mobile use at the same time for each edit. This was more of a long-term, internal change for us. Overall, it was all good from our end, and our teammate Brent seemed to enjoy his editing a bit more.

E-Impact Marketing delivered on time. Their project management was good. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

We can have in-person meetings with E-Impact Marketing, which is key for communication and good results.
