      One thing that I really appreciate about Roundedcube is their responsiveness. They’re very quick to respond. They respond after hours, and they respond on weekends. We’ve had a couple of instances recently where our site has gone down on the weekend. Under normal circumstances, it might be worrisome but, because they’re so accessible and reliable, I know that they’ll be devising a solution within only a few short hours. They’re going to respond immediately and let us know as they troubleshoot our issues. We don’t have that with all of our vendors. On top of that, another thing I appreciate about them is that they definitely go above and beyond, and that I will often get an email out of the blue from someone at Roundedcube who came across something that they thought might be useful for NAA. They don’t wait for us to come and ask for a project. They are constantly making insightful suggestions about how to enhance and improve our online presence.

I attribute a lot of this in the careful interaction between our creative services people and Tim’s team at Pedrera. This was a problem three or four years ago, which they’ve put their finger on and helped fix by simply setting up flags and beginning adjusting resources ahead of the curve.

      Even if on the first draft, we don’t like it and our stakeholders don’t like it, we have much more opportunity to ask them back to redesign or modify it because that is part of the contract and proposal that they are willing to update. Then, they try to please us, no matter what changes we make to the project. We pretty much provide a bunch of different feedback because it’s full of blog processing, for example. We have five or six different stakeholders for those projects. Each time, they do the same mockup, and then we put in a comment. Then, they provide five or six different revisions for those mockups, and they explain what it is. Then, we get them to give us what we want.
