We we very pleased with the growth we observed from Brolik's marketing efforts. All of our 3 primary goals were met.

Brolik's project management was excellent- they delivered everything on time, and their weekly summary data updates were extremely helpful. Brolik was also very responsive for any other questions that came up in between meetings.

We launched a new line of soap this year. Brolik's focus has been to grow the retail business. Meaning design the website, manage social media, create assets and ads. Basically anything to drive traffic to our retail website

Through monthly meetings, weekly check ins, and on-call communications they kept us apprised of our progress and helped us to make data-driven decisions to grow our business.

Campaign Goals:

• Increase awareness of New Hope Divorce Mediation’s services in the PA and NJ markets.
• Drive initial consults and achieve a profitable close rate on inbound leads.

To achieve these goals Bolik deployed a comprehensive strategy phase to ensure they had a handle on what we were lacking, what the field of competition was like and how they were going to proceed. From that phase a clear outline of what each week was going to cover, including establishing goals and KPI's. They also worked to balance our short term goals along with our long term goals.

We needed to establish a more predictable lead funnel for our business. Up to this point we solely relied on our GMB pages with no paid advertising. While we enjoyed this strategy for a while, it became unreliable. Also we were worried about our digital foot print being stable. Only one bad google review made us fear what would happen.

Brolik has deployed an effective google add strategy, that was way deeper than we thought it was going to be. This showed us we had two types of clients and not one. The deliverables that were given were very tangible and easily measurable. Number of initials consults inquiries, number of consults scheduled, percentage of leads per source, and CPA. To achieve measurement of these KPI's they integrated and deployed tools that merged with our CRM and other tools we used.

They are on time always. They're constantly responding to our needs outside the scope when requested. And they have very transparent tools to ensure we are progressing that they review with us weekly and monthly.

Their approach and method is not rushed, but thorough. They understood we didn't just have a small business like a plumbing company or other service companies that can deploy a strategy. We need to create a message around our services, we needed to educate our potential clients that we are a potential solution for them.

They were respectful of our time needed to make this decision and did not rush or pester us. They answered any questions we had and were transparent with what works well and doesn't work well for the.

Honestly nothing at all at this point. They are fantastic.
