I am the CEO of a contracting firm that specializes in swimming pool design and construction in the Phoenix Metro area.

For what projects/services did your company hire Attention Digital?
Our company was on the cusp of celebrating 20 years when Attention Digital first came to us. We were in desperate need of a complete face-lift. From logo development to website development and management to social media integration and many things in between.
Our image had become inconsistent with our reputation and there was a definite disconnect and disorganization in how business flowed.
SOLUTION
How did you select Attention Digital and what were the deciding factors?
They designed a new logo and website for starters. Then they positioned our company on web searches and eliminated the previous concerns we had about our ranking, and similarly named companies. Then they designed and integrated our social media (which we had none of previously) management to create a consistent and efficient presence.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
There were many, many phone calls and emails and zoom type meetings so they could understand our business, what was important, why it was important and who our primary target market was, and how we were engaging with them prior to Attention's involvement with our primary focus being our rebranding (logo and website) which was incredibly effective from the very moment those things launched.
How many resources from the Attention Digital team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mostly we worked with the head of the company but believe there were many hands involved.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Mostly our movement in this direction was image-based. To create an online image that is more consistent with our company in real life, but we quickly found out that a better image and easier to navigate site and search equated into growth in business. Initially, it was minor as it took roots but then blossomed into about a 35% increase in business in the first year and currently about 60% in our second year.
Our goal was to eliminate antiquated print advertising but realized that the changes Attention Digital made allowed our print advertising to flourish.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between companies was excellent. It was extremely rare where we would have to wait on information from them as they were always waiting for data or propaganda from us, even so, the transition from an old, outdated, inaccurate company image to one of which we were all proud was very swift.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Knowledge is key. As we were mostly ignorant when it came to issues of internet technologies and the like, so we needed a company that could explain things in simpler terms and make sure our best interests were covered, and carry out directives in means that would benefit our company most.
But knowledge without organization and the ability to follow through and complete tasks that feed into the bigger picture is often lost and what Attention does best is complete and follow through and follow up.
Ultimately, the net benefit to our company is how this relationship will be measured, and we are all impressed with how differently our business feels today, the manner in which it cultivates new business with the changes implemented by Attention, and how prepared we are for the future... especially when compared to 18 months ago. They are excellent without reservation.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None. We don't have the benefit of knowledge in the field assess whether or not there might have been a more productive or efficient means of managing the process, but I doubt one exists.

We provide scouting reports for high school and college football teams. We make reports about our customers’ teams and their opponents on a weekly basis.

What challenge were you trying to address with Attention Digital?
We didn’t have a solid company name, logo, or website, so we were trying to create our brand and develop our site. In terms of functionality, we just wanted a standing website to make us look professional to our customers.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with branding last summer. First, we had interviews with the owner of Attention Digital, and we told him what we were trying to accomplish and the look and feel we wanted. They sent me mockup designs for logos, colors, and fonts. We went through that process until we were happy with the results.
Recently, we went through a rebranding because we were trying to trademark our name, but it was already taken. We did the whole process again and created a new logo, which turned out great. We gave them free range, and there were some tweaks here and there, but it exceeded our expectations.
For the website, Attention Digital did all the content within it and put it all together on WordPress. Also, we had some promo and demo videos, and we put them on the site. They worked together with our developers to make sure we’d have a seamless transition. Nonetheless, we can still call them anytime, and they’ll go in and make changes for us.

We worked with Connor (Owner & Founder).
How did you come to work with Attention Digital?
My partner worked with Attention Digital in a previous business, and he was pleased with them. He told me we could interview them and gave me their reference. I met Connor, and he introduced me to his brother, who did graphic design and UX/UI work for software.
I didn’t know a lot at the time, so I was mainly looking for a subject matter expert to take the reins with limited guidance. Overall, communication was our catalyst to go forward. We communicated back and forth, and they provided constant updates.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid around $3,000 for the website, and we pay $25 a month for it to be hosted.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2020, and the Recon Sports project ended in September 2020. It took about 6–8 weeks to get a fully functional and branded website.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we work with high school football teams, our selling period is seasonal. The software wasn’t finished as soon as I thought it would, and we weren’t ready to push an incomplete product, so we’ve only done three demos as a free service. However, we’ve gotten many compliments on the website, and it makes us look highly professional, even if we aren’t on that scale yet.
We wanted the brand to have a bright and modern feel, and they knocked it out of the park. The site is awesome, and we’re so proud of it. I genuinely love our website and brand.
How did Attention Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
It didn’t take too long, and they were very proactive. In that sense, their management was excellent. We communicated via phone, email, and Zoom. If we wanted to schedule a meeting with them, we’d go to their calendar and schedule the time right there.
What did you find most impressive about them?
To be honest, I don’t know because I’ve never worked with other providers. However, I’m not even interested in learning about other vendors. I like Attention Digital’s work, and if I start 100 companies, I’ll use them 100 times.
Are there any areas they could improve?
A project management tool may have enhanced the experience, but I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Leave it in their hands; they’re the experts on design and website development. Let them guide you and work their knowledge; just be open to what they have to offer and refine it from there. Answer all their questions, provide what they’re asking for, and let them run with it.

I wanted to create a user-friendly website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
After having a phone call and a virtual meeting with Connor (Owner & Founder), I told him what information I wanted on the site and whatever else they needed to know. They were knowledgeable throughout the process, guiding me toward the wisest decisions.
They were extremely knowledgeable and guided me to where I would find certain things that I needed. That was a huge asset to me. I’m using a service called TheraNest, and Connor connected it to my website in a way that was most beneficial to my practice. The service allows people to email me through the site and introduce themselves. They were also responsible for setting up my domain and hosting.
Finally, Attention Digital helped me come up with logos, business cards, and stationary. They’re a one-stop shop; it made my life so easy.

I only worked with Connor.
How did you come to work with Attention Digital?
One of my friends — another licensed clinical therapist — had used them previously. My friend’s website was incredible; it was exactly what I wanted. Connor went so far as to send me a preview of what the site could look like a few days after we spoke.

I spent around $1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from March 2021–Sept 2021. The website would have been done in 2–3 weeks if I wanted, but it took me forever to get together my research and what I wanted. Connor was very accommodating. It’s rare that you find someone who’s that accommodating and still follows up on every single thing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Connor had an answer and a resolution to every issue, no matter what my question was about. Often, he would deliver within the hour.
How did Attention Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They worked extremely efficiently, as if I was their only client; there were barely any delays. We communicated over both email and phone, as well as virtually.
For scheduling, I went onto a link and booked one of the available dates and times. This was extremely convenient, as I could choose what time worked best for me. Most vendors make you choose what works for them, so this perspective made my life so much easier.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Attention Digital’s quick responses and clear explanations of services stood out. I told Connor once that he was so helpful that I wanted to take him out to dinner when he could visit.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them full disclosure of what you know and don’t know. Their ability to teach you along the way to make you understand what they do is outstanding. If you have a technology question or are new to something, Connor will be extremely patient in explaining it. I often say that he would make a great teacher.
