Native had undergone a brand refresh in early 2023. We decided to explore our options in the agency world to find someone who could quickly execute a new site on a startup budget before our press announcements about our brand refresh and capital raise.

The agency understood our time constraints and the importance of our goals. They listened, we felt heard and they executed. Often with agencies, especially as a new customer, timelines can shift and you feel less valued. None of that happened with this experience. They nailed it.

To enhance awareness and boost enrollment in the loyalty program, Watermark leveraged social media retargeting to connect with customers who already had brand recognition. Taking it a step further, they tapped into our current customer base to create look-alike audiences based on location, providing a robust mechanism for targeting both existing customers and similar audiences.

I was assigned a full-time project manager and designer. We met weekly and more often on an ad-hoc basis to make decisions to support project milestone delivery. The project was delivered on-time and the team was very happy to accommodate changes. Everyone at the company is friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a custom, bespoke design solution but who also wants to work with a team that listens and goes out of there way to bring a design to life.

Everyone I met and worked with was extremely helpful. They all had a desire to provide great service and that always came through whether we interacted through virtual meetings, on the phone, or in-person.

I like the tools like fireflies.ai It would be cool to link the sentiment analysis from fireflies.ai with the Figma designs.
