The project included changing their name, combining 4 websites into one, making a new logo, coming up with tagline ideas, a new mobile design, SEO, and organizing a new user-friendly content management system. result was a new website that had over 32,000 visitors within 4 months of launch, with 80% of those visitors being new to the site.

Introduce your business and what you do there. 

I’m the marketing director for B&V Testing and Certco, a Cantel service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bartlett Interactive?

I needed to revamp a website that was quite out of date.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bartlett Interactive assists me with numerous projects. They lead the design, development, and updating of two corporate websites. We provide a complex service so we require more than a cut-and-paste job. They do a lot of customization with input from my team. Our technical experts led copywriting. Bartlett Interactive also does design work for our marketing pieces.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with 3–4 account managers, including Emily (Project Manager & Marketing Specialist, Bartlett Interactive). 

How did you come to work with Bartlett Interactive?

They were referred and came highly recommended by an associate of mine.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve probably spent about $50,000 to date.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started a year ago, and we’re currently working on several projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve launched the Certco website, and the B&V website will be launched within the next 60 days. Bartlett Interactive helped us to refresh our brand, which has been extremely helpful and definitely needed. Our clients have noticed and remarked on how the new Certco site makes it easier to gain access to us. They came in at the design phase and are great at making recommendations. They organize information and help me figure out what we need and what we don't need. Bartlett Interactive is with me every step of the way from concept to implementation. 

How did Bartlett Interactive perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their team is excellent. We communicate weekly. They’re so good at working with our schedule. It can be frustrating because we had to stop and start. Emily is patient and so responsive. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Bartlett Interactive has amazing client service and a forward-facing approach. They're small, nimble, and creative. I sometimes come at them with off-the-wall questions. They're always willing to find a solution. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No, not at this time. That’s why I'm continuing to use them on other projects. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Hire them. You won't regret working with them.
