I am the owner of Kibo. Kibo is a athleisure clothing brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Drmwx Creative Agency, and what were your goals?

I hired them to create a brand package and design our website. The brand package include it logo design, creating a brand identity, Business cards, and photography. We had two brand photoshoots and two products photoshoots. The web design project included the wed design service and contact copy writing. When I contacted them I knew I needed help building a brand starting with the logo. After helping us establish a brand we then began to create a website to help sell our clothing online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I heard about them through a referral saw a couple of their projects and I decided to move forward with them after or first meeting.

We had our initial consultation call to discuss the goals the project. Once we agreed to terms they sent over a proposal and contract. They started the project by creating mock-ups for our logo as well as a helping me write a vision and mission statement using the adobe suite. They then delivered our final logos with with a style guide. Once the logos were ready we began working on our business cards and other branding items.

We then had our brand and product photoshoots. We then started the web design process. They created wire frames and mock ups for me using wordpress and the adobe suite. When I approved the site structure they began writing content for the site. Once the site was ready they asked for confirmation to go live and taught me how to maintain the site.

I was very happy with the outcome of the project. I will continue to use them for my other branding needs.

They used a few softwares like ClickUp and helloBonsai to help manage the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made custom deliverables based on the brand identity they created for us. They were very patient and always available. They also helped us understand the importance of analytics.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We’ve run into a few minor bugs with our website since it’s launched but luckily they’ve been able to help Us anytime we need it.

I needed a website that could handle a lot of Algorithms and options when purchasing. I needed a website that was fast and professional looking. I also need the ability to customize the site to my liking. DRMWX created my web design, my logo! My animations and even helped with some of the content.

I decided to go with this company because they offered everything i needed to get done. It was kind of a one stop shop. I didn’t need to use various people for didn’t thing. They created my site, my logos, my content

Mohamed and I had several meetings about my vision. He sent three rough drafts and when the final one was approved everything else was done in just a few weeks.

Since Ive got my new site, so have more traffic and more sales. I’m able to do email marketing more.

We hired Drmwx to create our main website for our grand opening. We also hired them to create website content such as photoshoots of our products. The goal was to get up and running. To have a team that will help make our vision come true. And they did exactly that!!! :)

We heard about the owner through a relative. As we checked out there website and social media. We seen that they had experience and passion in what they did. As we met and did some slight work we knew this was the company we wanted to create our legacy with.

We started with a few over the phone meetings. They laid out all the steps they suggested we start with to ultimately make our way to having the website created. We did a few photoshoots over a span of time. We were able to move at my pace. There was no rush. I took my time because this was our dream. Drmwx’s was understanding.

Although this wasn’t there only project they gave me the attention I needed even though I was going at a slow pace. We had meetings weekly to talk our progress and was able to accomplish so much!! We used email and some other technologies that the team was able to help with.

These members were are great in there roles even being my brain at time. Since they knew we had alot going on.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we gained major views and sales. We seen an increase of activity after the official launch. Everyone loved the layout and how the site was perfectly reflecting of our passion and personality!

We had weekly meetings. Over the phone, zoom, text messages, facetime, and email. If any changes were made to our meeting times, we communicated greatly to stay on track! It was great communication and availability all around. The communication process was always based on what was easier for Tonis.

Drmwx was also available!!! The timeline was also great! Not rushed all on our time. Launch happened exactly on a special day 2-1-22.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found most impressive how they knew what I was trying to say even though my words would fail me. I would give them sometimes little too no words and they just knew what I was saying. It was as if they knew what I was thinking the whole time. Amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did so good. When ever there was any technical issues or something didn’t look right. Ut was fixed right away! We couldn’t predict how the software would act when we launched. They were there the whole time and fixed any and everything perfectly. They couldn’t have done it better!! They did it right each time!
