We outlined the scope, received a quote in a timely manner, reviewed the shotlist and previous examples we liked, setup the group chat for them to meet with the onsite team for credentials and access, they arrived early set up their equipment, liaised with our team and other vendors on site to get access to the empty stage for before shots, made sure to be in the best place throughout the day and deliver great footage. During post-production and review period, they were very quick to deliver and cater to our changes. A big part of this process for me managing this remotely was trusting them without overseeing every shot on site, so they were happy to make changes based on my vision as I was seeing footage for the first time and figuring out the best way to tell the story together.
