I met with a few vendors prior to selecting Karen. The reason for doing so was that she was took the time to listen to what I was looking for, was extremely warm and friendly and offered professional touches (such as guidance for those getting photographed and taking her time to make them comfortable) that others did not.

Karen was very responsive. After our video conference conversation she laid out pricing in a way that was very easy to understand. She also outlined multiple tiers based on our budget. She made sure to ask all the right questions so she knew what equipment to bring the logistics of the space she would be shooting in,

Karen did it all the pre-work, photographing and editing - very impressive!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our team loved the photos. We are using the headshots for our site, shared the group photo on social and will be using the candids throughout recruitment materials. I also go great feedback on working with Karen. Everyone described her as a true professional and said they made them feel very comfortable and confident during the individual headshot session. Additionally, she made sure that everyone left their session with a photo that they loved and would use.

Very! Karen was quick to respond via email, showed up early on the day of the event, and got us the photos very quickly.

She is just a very kind person and a pleasure to work with. She really knows what she is doing and everyone had a great experience with her.

Karen works hard to develop a rapport with nervous models (some of our employees) and gets them to laugh and chat about themselves. They easily found common ground with them, which got them to relax and produce great headshots. We like being able to chose a shot afterwards.
