Often as the client we were the ones running 24-48 hours late on our deliverables and feedback. They were always transparent about what that would do to timelines and giving us a friendly nudge when needed.

Then, they were really upfront and took a lot of the strategy, vision, and execution right into their hands to help us create these videos in a very short timeframe. Additionally, Prosper Digital TV was very good with on-the-fly requests, as there were things that we wanted to get done that we didn't even know about in the first place.
