We hired Brad's team to help up shoot on-site for two full business days.  We covered what would have been around 2 weeks of internal development materials for our teams.

Brad and team was proactive about getting all the elements needed ahead of time, and we hosted a few pre-shoot calls to get the entire team aligned with the deliverable.  The team asked great questions to make sure we all understood what the output of this teams hard work will be.  A key measurable of success how quickly this team was able to get us initial edits and the finished product.  You can tell they worked diligently to get a quality product turned around quickly.

From the initial kick-off call, to the post shoot meeting, this team kept us in constant communication of the projects progress, and also responded to all our questions quickly.

BP Productions had set up an initial meeting with us to determine what the scope of the project was and to have a better understanding of the vision that we had for their work. We originally wanted about a 2 minute video that caputred that diverstiy of the internship program, but also told the story of the program and why the CED has launched it. They were to deliver a video made up of key leaders and employers discussing the program as well as some of the students giving feedback.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

That we received an edited video, on time, with all of the items that we wanted. BP Productions made sure that we had this video done on time for our first internship breakfast just like they said they would. Other measureable outcomes for success, is that they were professional, on time, so incredibly easy to work with, and made the whole process simple. Paying for their services was easy through their platform and so was providing feedback on the video.

We were able to leave comments directly on the video to be incorporated. BP Productions caputred the exact vision that I wanted for this video because Brad listened and worked hard to understand the audience we were wanting to speak to.

I spoke about it in my last answer. Everything was percisely on time. They set up several calls ahead of time. Their team arrived on time to set up and were so professional. They provided a first draft and worked with us on our changes and the direction the video was going and truly captured what we were going for by listening and taking in feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What caught my attention was that they are a local company to Will County and we wanted to work with a local business. I had also saw that they had worked in the past with a friend at Oak Leaf Mortgage and the video turned out great. 

The team's knack for understanding our vision and executing it was most impressive. He drafted one version and was able to receive my feedback on it, and incorporate it. He understands that his vision might look different than his clients and that is ok. He made it very easy to critque his work when we wanted it to look different.

I was happy with the service that they provided and would work with them all again.

We worked with Brad and BP Video Production for the rebranding of our Oak Leaf Community Mortgage, powered by North Shore Trust and Savings mortgage originations department. It was no small task -- We needed all new video content for six Loan Originators. 

Brad and his team worked with us through every step, explaining the process and details of the shoot. Allowing each person to spend some setup time in front of the cameras and working with the prompters. He organized all of the fine details of the shoot and communicated agendas complete with timeframes too! The end results were excellent! We will continue to use him for our video and filming needs!

We’re planning on doing more videos, including enhanced testimonials and a few extra 15–30 second commercials

We publish the videos on Facebook, Instagram, and our website, and all of them receive great feedback from our clients, friends, and families.

Additionally, they’ve helped us gain some high-quality leads from our website, as well as a few direct calls.

The videos are very well-produced and professional, and we’re extremely satisfied with our collaboration with their team. Overall, all our different campaigns have been successful in diversifying our business.

BP Video+ is great from a project management standpoint, as they’re extremely timely with their deliverables and they always meet their deadlines.

We’re impressed with how they’re always willing to adapt to our requirements. They harness what we want and find ways to improve upon our ideas and make the final product much better.

BP Video+ is really receptive to our concerns and is transparent about providing us with feedback. It’s been a very collaborative process so I can’t think of anything they need to improve on.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found BPvideo+ online while searching for a company within 2 hours radius. Upon speaking with Brad about the project and our goals I was certain he and his crew were the perfect fit for us.

The process began with sending Brad some video samples that reflect both what we desired to achieve as well as what our target audience expects in the genre. From there, Brad listened to the song and we discussed a plan. A location for the shoot was secured. The shoot was around 6 hours total. Everything went smoothly and professionally, but was also enjoyable. There was no stress or pressures on set at all. And I believe the end result reflects how well every aspect of the process with Brad and crew went.

I worked directly with Brad (Owner) from beginning to end. I could tell throughout the process that his desire to see our vision for the project fulfilled was the clear goal. His crew was equally professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video will release publicly soon. But we have shown the finished product to everyone involved on our end and all are not only pleased but very proud of the final product.

Communication was always swift and helpful with Brad, making us more than comfortable in our decision to work with BP. As far as timeliness goes, we were amazed at how quickly we received the first version of the video. The very first version was already so close to our intended goal that we only had a few suggestions for tweaks. Brad moved swiftly on those and we were able to approve the first revision as the final an d received it quicker than expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The care that was taken to really achieve the right look and feel our specific genre, while making the entire process comfortable. Brad has a gift that exceeds making great video.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing. As a matter of fact, should we follow up with another music video? BPvideo+ will be our first call for sure.

I'm the marketing manager at Reid & Pederson Drainage. We are a sewer and drain cleaning company located in Crete, Illinois and we service the south Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana.

We needed updated company headshots, as well as photos showing our technicians on the job, for marketing and branding purposes. In trying to create a consistent brand portfolio, we desired a video to showcase who we are as a company and the services we offer.

We also wanted a condensed, 30-second branding video that we could share on social media. We use the video and images in various marketing campaigns and on our social media channels.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at several video production companies in our local area. After phone calls and/or meetings with several, we chose BP+ because Brad and his team are personable, have a great portfolio and they meshed well with my team.

We began with a discussion regarding what we were looking for, our goals for the video and what message we wanted it to convey. At the same time, we discussed the specific types of photos we wanted showing our technicians on the job.

Next steps were to begin storyboarding to determine just how the video would be laid out. I also worked closely with my team and with Brad and his team on the scriptwriting. On the day of filming, we had a plan that we were able to execute pretty well due to the pre-planning we had done.

I worked mostly with Brad to coordinate and execute the project. His knowledge of video production and photography made sure the entire day of shooting went smoothly. He's very easy to communicate with and his suggestions definitely ensured that the finished product was perfect.

We shared the video across our social media channels and received lots of positive feedback, shares and saw an increase in positive reviews for our company as well. We have since used BP Video+ again for updated headshots and team photos that allow me to continue to share one consistent brand message to our customers and potential customers.

Communication with Brad and his team was super easy. I knew if I had a question, I could email or call Brad and I would get a response back right away. I liked the fact that everyone on the BP Video+ team was flexible and able to accommodate last-minute changes/requests that the owners of my company sometimes had.

They took the time to learn about us and really asked questions to make sure that they could pull off our vision. They're super friendly, knowledgeable and have a keen eye for what will and will not work in a video or photo.

I also like the fact they they're experienced in video production, having produced one film and are currently working on another.

Brad delivered us a video that captured the entire evening start to finish, with full editing. Brad/BP Video Production Co. captured our school's Christmas program and provided a video that allowed our families to endlessly experience the wonder of the evening. Families being able to share the production with loved ones who could not be in attendance, or just watch it at their leisure to soak up their student's performance meant more than we could express.
