Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Creative planning and story-telling for the Quarter. Drilled down creative focus for the month supported by a campaign shoot and videography for our website. 

This required a full suite of assets including online banners, emails for womenswear and kidswear focused content, social media grid planning and creation of all artwork covering carousel posts / stories / reels for Instagram and Facebook / tiktok content / Youtube videos - full length video with snippets created for socials / marketing ads for Google and Facebook. Additionally some printed flyers and brochure which customers received in their delivery box when ordering product online.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased followers on Instagram and facebook, via the marketing ads and various initiatives suggested which we tried and were proved to be successful. This led customers to our website which in turn increased sales as the content was enticing and visually descriptive. 

It was a great help being able to work directly with one agency who could strategise the creative and push boundaries for us aesthetically. Not only were they able to create great ideas, but having a full in-house team meant they could also deliver their vision in photography and video personally. It made the whole process faster than usual, easier on communication and cost effective.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We agreed a critical path at the start of the project with all stages clearly shown. All deadlines were met, we had regular weekly catch-ups to tackle any potential issues and to align on direction and choices for models and product selection. The communication channels were easy and the team at Red were very flexible to any changes we had along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is tightly knit and moves as one. The full-service element to the agency made my life a lot easier. I didn't need to be an intermediary between different agencies because it's all done at Red. Everything is cohesive and consistent on the customer journey, they also supported me on marketing initiatives and TOV, both of which were not included in the original brief. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Creative could have done differently?

I didn't feel there was anything to improve on this project, the whole team at GWD were delighted with the outcome and we look forward to our next project together.

RED Creative always deliver projects in a timely matter, are very flexible and are able to work around the clients needs and deliver and book in work to aid the timeline of the client's campaigns and marketing projects

RED creative listen to the needs of the brand and ensure consistency across all produced material, have a great eye for detail and have a very friendly team who are approacable, flexible and who bring new ideas and concept to photoshoots to bring the projects to life
