What challenge were you trying to address with Muon Video?

Our client asked us to produce a video for an event focused on supporting up-and-coming entrepreneurs in Japan.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Muon Video recorded footage at one of our events. There was no scripting or editing involved. I also asked them to record interviews with female entrepreneurs, and they had great communication and made the subjects feel comfortable with being recorded.

What is the team composition?

There was a team of 10 people working on our project.

How did you come to work with Muon Video?

I searched online for videographers based in New York that had experience recording events and Muon Video’s website looked attractive.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,000 on this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Muon Video in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I asked for feedback from colleagues that specialize in branding and PR, and they said the video is good quality. I’m satisfied with the work they did. 

How did Muon Video perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was perfect. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I just asked them to record the event, but they looked for the best locations and angles and configured the lights at the venue. I could tell that they cared about producing the best video for our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not so far.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I could’ve sent them a picture of the venue before the event, to give them an idea of it. I recommend that future clients do that.

I work for a company called Breakaway Movement. We provide a platform for entrepreneurs to start online businesses.

I needed a video to promote my brand, and so I hired Muon Video to film some promotional videos in different areas of New York. I needed a short video encapsulating the lifestyle benefits of our company.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals for this project were to have a video that I can use in Social Media advertising.

I have previously worked with Muon Video and have had a great experience with them, so when I needed help with this project, they were the first team I considered hiring.

The Muon video team was very attentive in listening to all the details of the video that I was seeking to capture. They offered their creative and marketing expertise to help me come up with a skeleton of exactly what we would be shooting. They were very happy to travel to different areas of New York to capture different shots that we had envisioned.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Previously, I was only advertising with images for my company, and since starting to use the promotional video, our reach has drastically improved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team is very easy to work with. They are patient through the process and were willing to meet multiple times to improve the final result of the video.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I find most impressive about this company is the style of shooting they do. Their style is very striking and grabs the viewer's attention.

I’m the QA manager at Archeological Paths, an international company established in 2003 that is involved in many inspiring projects that support culture, elegance, and travel. We organize tours and expeditions worldwide, with the participation of renowned science and archeology experts.

Each tour is carefully designed, giving our guests a one-of-a-kind experience into different cultures, histories, and customs. For example, we have three special tour guests in Egypt that included Dr. Zahi Hawass, one of the most famous archeologists in the world, and Madam Sadat, Egypt's former First Lady.

Our company organizes expeditions to a number of sites that are normally closed to the public and hold scientific and archeological conferences. On our Royal Tours, we opened the Sphinx enclosure for our tour guests.

We also take part in many excavations and cultural projects. We’re sponsors of the excavations in the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Monkeys. Our company has made documentaries where we interviewed experts on historical moments and excavations. We’ve also co-published several books.

As part of our work with different books, we’ve had the privilege to attend several exclusive events like Prince Charles’ 70th birthday celebration and the 100 years of Bentley celebration.

What challenge were you trying to address with Muon Video?

We hired Muon Video to film one of the events that we wanted to be recorded and shared with the world.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Muon Video was tasked with filming our big event in Times Square. We had a big billboard to promote Egypt and its image. Dr. Hawass was also involved in the promotion.

What is the team composition?

I can’t speak to how many people filmed the event, but I was personally in touch with a representative.

How did you come to work with Muon Video?

I was looking for a responsive company with good feedback about their work. There were many factors to consider when choosing a partner for filming an event in Times Square. Before working with Muon Video, we had to make sure their quality was very high. We decided to work with them because of their high-quality feedback and professionalism.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe the total cost was under $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took place in September 2019. It was no more than a week, from kickoff to delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was thrilled to work with Muon Video. Everything was professional. I recently received the final product. It was good quality and exactly what we asked for. We’ve definitely benefitted from the raw footage that they produced.

How did Muon Video perform from a project management standpoint?

Muon Video checked all of the marks. Their team was extremely efficient, remaining supportive throughout the engagement. From day one, I received fast and knowledgeable feedback. All the steps we took were done efficiently.

I knew everyone I was working with was trustworthy, experienced, and competent in their field. I was surprised by how well they addressed any issues. If we had any questions that weren’t addressed, they helped us out. They were also readily available when we needed them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team paid attention to details that influenced the final recording, providing the best solution possible. These were things I wasn’t aware of. It was reassuring to know what was going on at every step of the way. We were in good hands.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Absolutely not.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients should be frank about what they need and what their expectations are. They’ll get the best final result. Muon Video will meet their standards, providing good customer assistance. It’s important to have at least one discussion about what’s needed, making sure everything is understood on both ends.
