I hired live city to attend the final day of our 3 day event and produce a 1 minute recap video, highlighting our production and management services, while also recapping the event for viewers and our clients. I provided them with a detailed shot list, access to additional inhouse footage and ingame stream elements for their editing. They chose the music and created a great recap video, it was exciting, short and concise.

The video and additional request for photos, were delivered on time and well received by our team and clients.

We outlined the scope, received a quote in a timely manner, reviewed the shotlist and previous examples we liked, setup the group chat for them to meet with the onsite team for credentials and access, they arrived early set up their equipment, liaised with our team and other vendors on site to get access to the empty stage for before shots, made sure to be in the best place throughout the day and deliver great footage. 
During post-production and review period, they were very quick to deliver and cater to our changes. A big part of this process for me managing this remotely was trusting them without overseeing every shot on site, so they were happy to make changes based on my vision as I was seeing footage for the first time and figuring out the best way to tell the story together.

Their ability to go with the flow when things change, covering live events is not the same as a closed set film, its fast things change, moments appear out of nowhere and their ability to react and capture those as well as seek out compelling moments or create them, sets them apart from everyone else.

They were responsible for: storyboarding, location scouting, photography, audio design,casting, filming, project management, and post production.
