Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a performance-based digital marketing agency that works with D2C brands to scale through advertising. We have a unique focus on creative and media to achieve our results.

What challenge were you trying to address with FS MEDIA | FOOD STEEZ?

When our creative teams are maxed out at capacity, we’ll outsource some of the creative work. Specifically here, we outsourced a few creative production jobs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They booked the talent and coordinated the products to create our video ads.

What is the team composition?

Mike (Co-Founder) was the creative director, and they also had around eight producers on the team.

How did you come to work with FS MEDIA | FOOD STEEZ?

We found them through word-of-mouth in the industry. Their previous work in the food space and existing videos online were really exceptional, and we wanted to try them out.

How much have you invested with them?

Each project costs around $20,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–September 2021. Our relationship is on and off, but we haven’t engaged them this year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The creative itself was exceptional, and the feedback from our client reflected that. We also saw a significantly above average ROAS as well.

How did FS MEDIA | FOOD STEEZ perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very organized and structured. FS Media had us fill out a brief initially that detailed our vision, and they were structured in following-up to meetings and responding quickly to emails.

They had a “get it done” mindset that allowed us to stick to timeframes and receive the desired result.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to develop compelling creative stood out. It’s high-quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, to be honest. They had really good service overall. We’ll be using them again.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

First, I would test them out, and you’ll definitely be impressed. If you communicate clearly your desires, then you’ll get the most out of the relationship. They will be honest and transparent.
