We brought EM Productions on as our Vietnam video production company to travel to our factory in Buon Ma Thuot and run a full content shoot on short notice. We were pretty clear from the start that we didn't want the typical factory tour video, we'd seen enough of those from other video suppliers and wanted something with more creative thinking behind it. Their team took care of production planning, travel logistics, on-site filming, photography direction, and all the post-production work. The shoot covered the factory itself, our manufacturing workflow, the team at work, and the products. Both video and stills. Deliverables included the edited promotional video content, a full library of factory photography, and a set of polished media assets we could use straight away for marketing and sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The content gave us a much stronger visual library to work from, and it's changed how we show our business to customers and partners. We implemented many of the video and photography in our social media feed, and we immediately saw that the higher quality work produced a greater response from our customers, and we had more interactions as well. Initially we saw a boost of 45% more traffic to our website directly from the social media that we posted that came from this campaign. I think that's a direct result of the creativity and images produced from this project. Getting it all turned around so quickly also meant we could start using the content much sooner than we'd planned.

That way, we didn't have to fly crews all over the world just to make sure the image looked good. Now, we have a production partner in Asia that can do the same production quality as we would expect in these locations. 

Our client was super happy with the footage, and even some of the members, when reviewing the film, were surprised at how cinematic it was, all of which made us very happy.
