I’m a content writer for Write Content. We do content writing for businesses, including strategic SEO-style writing, copywriting, blogs, articles, scripts, newsletters, whitepapers, and press releases.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Visionair Media?
We were trying to amplify our marketing and push it on a video level. A lot of what we do is written content, and as appealing as that is, we needed video content to transform the brand. The challenge was to find a way to push our products and services through a visual format other than written material.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we discussed a few ideas. Visionair Media proposed putting together a video of me discussing our process, how we use words to help clients on their business journey, and how that can help customers transform their market. From there, the team produced a series of one-on-one videos for us where I explained our services. They handled the editing and audio mixing.
The purpose of the videos was so customers could go to our website and see what type of services we provide. Visionair Media created a video for the site’s homepage where I discuss our services. Another video was for a pricing page, where I discussed a breakdown of the types of plans and packages we provide on our subscription model. There was also a video on how our process happens and how it gets orchestrated.
What is the team composition?
I mostly worked with Jim (Director), and I also worked with an assistant.
How did you come to work with Visionair Media?
I contacted Jim and spoke about how to move forward with video projects. What caught my attention was a digital platform that integrated video to navigate a customer questionnaire. One of the reasons I chose Visionair Media was because they had a proper discussion about how we could target my marketing objectives. We floated a few ideas in the initial discussion, and there were some that I liked. Jim spent time going through and picking out ideas that could help. He also considered that we’re a growing business with a limited budget.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent just under $10,000 AUD (approximately $6,700 USD).

We worked together from June–July 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The videos Visionair Media produced got good feedback from internal stakeholders. The content is presented quickly and in a catchy way; the videos are to the point and instantly communicate what I do and its value. Regarding analytics, we’ve just recently released the videos, so we don’t have many metrics. However, we’re already getting roughly 50% more inquiries than at the beginning of last month.
The videos are published on the website, and we plan to post them on social media. We’ll also put together a paid LinkedIn campaign to get more customers using the videos. I might come back to Visionair Media and get them to create more content for us with the footage they captured.
