I’m the president of CRW Roofing, a full-service commercial roofing company. We provide expert roofing services for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, specializing in complex projects and sustainable roofing solutions with a focus on quality, professionalism, and long-term client satisfaction.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Bold Brand LLC to accomplish for CRW Roofing?

We hired Bold Brand LLC for a complete company rebranding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bold Brand LLC has been responsible for our branding identity and strategy, including 12–20 client interviews. The team has also worked on discovery, research, insights, voice, and essence, mission, vision, brand values, brand strategy, brand identity system, logo, color palette, typography, and identity standards manual. Moreover, Bold Brand LLC has provided turnkey services, including creating an updated version of our 20+ year old logo, designing and wrapping our commercial truck fleet, designing a new layout for our business cards and proposal formats, and designing and developing our new website with new content.

We found Bold Brand LLC through an online search. The team’s website was the initial reason behind my decision. However, after our first in-person meeting with Josh (Founder & Creative Director) and listening to his process, I was sold.

We’ve spent a considerable amount of money on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Bold Brand LLC in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although our rebranding project is ongoing, the success is not yet measurable. However, we’ve gotten numerous compliments on our new logo and proposal format. Moreover, Josh’s process requires us to look inward to our company’s beginnings, successes, and shortcomings. Doing so has brought our team together regardless of tenure and with a single, shared focus and plan for the future. We’ve also noticed improvements in team morale, collaboration, and client perceptions since starting the rebranding process. It’s an investment in the future of our company that both our team and clientele will notice and appreciate. I’d go as far as to say that it’s impossible to go through Josh’s branding process without seeing a positive impact across the board.

We have received numerous comments about the quality of our website images and the videos from our events that are posted both on our website and on LinkedIn.
