We were needing a website to get our business off the ground, gh3 came in and reworked the whole thing in a very short time to make sure our product looked great and was ready in time for our kickoff date.

The solution really needed to seem clean, user friendly, and attractive. Our first go around was not doing this, GH3, didn't need any guidance, they took the charge from the moment we said go and helped design and develop the whole thing

We were connected via upwork and we decided to go with them due to their knowledgebase, price point, and take charge mentality.

They designed, developed, and tested our website. Insuring it was ready to go, with no errors.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution was developed and due to us being an e-commerce company, it was mission critical to get it done, and have it be clean and impressive. They executed better than we ever could have expected, we couldn't have been more pleased.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

PM was impressive, we communicated through slack, and gh3 was very clear and direct regarding completion dates, expectations, etc.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The outlook of the management team, both very friendly and professional. Any time we had concerns or questions, they quickly alleviated those concerns. I would recommend gh3 to anybody, and next time i need web development i'll be going straight to them.

I have no criticisms of their work, they do a great job.

GH3 Technologies is helping to develop the initial landing page that will eventually become our social media platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

So far, we have just worked on the landing page in order to establish an understanding of what it would look like, how it would function, and what would be the best way to build out the backend.

I’ve only worked with one member of their team at this point.

I put in a bid on Upwork, and they presented a really great presentation that answered all of my questions and gave me the confidence that we would be able to get the job done.

As of now, the cost has been about $800.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019 and the project is still ongoing.

All of the feedback from people who’ve looked at the platform so far has been very positive. Potential users have been very impressed by how much progress we’ve made already.

How did GH3 Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Due to the brief nature of the project, there wasn’t a lot of project management needed, but they followed through on all of their promises. The developer gave me a date that he would be finished by, and he delivered by that date.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think the thing that stood out the most was their pitch at the beginning. I had a lot of questions about what I was looking to do, and they were able to totally answer all of my questions, which both established confidence for me and helped clarify what we needed to do to get started.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think I have anything I wish they had done differently.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As long as you’re direct and upfront about what you are looking for, they will be able to help you get there.

Syzmic designed and built a functional website for Duffel of Dreams. The website was designed to bring awareness to children in foster care and their mental health needs. The website also includes an educational section via blog posts to advocate for children in foster care. As well as raise funds to support the non-profit in the endeavors throughout the year.

The number of visitors on the site, the amount of funds raised for the charity through the website, and the amount of blog visitors through the website.

The services at Syzmic were beyond satisfactory. The members of the staff and the owners of the company devoted a significant amount of time and effort building the website for Duffel of Dreams and it shows. They delivered timely work during the entire process and more than not delivered work before the deadline. The staff at Syzmic provided 5-star services in regard to education. They assisted Duffel of Dreams with an introductory meeting on how to manage the website as well as small meetings to assist with any website changes or IT assistance needed once the website was launched.

Syzmic went above and beyond to care for our needs and provided excellent one-on-one customer service. This company is family owned and operated and it is not hard to see that their heart and time is devoted 100%.

I cannot speak on any improvements needed at this time due to their 5-star services they provided to Duffel of Dreams.
