Our nonprofit is in its third year and needed to develop clear vision and mission statements, with new branding colors, a new logo, and a new website that clearly conveys who we are and what we do. After interviewing several design agencies, we chose Seventh Ave. because of their values and the depth of work they would do to help us clearly define our voice. Their team spent considerable time helping us refine our messaging based on our core values, our personality, and the culture of our city.

The Seventh Ave. team was exceptional in every way. They listened well to our history and our plans for the future, and helped us refine our vision, mission, and values with a strategy that prompted in-depth conversations among our own staff for further refinement. 

We were led through an in-depth process that helped us define our tone of voice that impacts all our messaging, a unique process that was not offered by any other firms we interviewed and extremely valuable. We had regular Zoom meetings and corresponded by email as needed. 

Adam was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Their team was very professional but also fun to work with! We did have a problem with the server migration when launching the new site, but Adam and the website designer worked diligently to solve the issue.

We have worked with Seventh Ave for several years and with many different projects. We have recently changed the name of our company and they have helped with the new design, the website and marketing materials. We are also launching a new product that will be sold and part of the proceeds will go to support women with cancer, children with childhood illness and struggling adolescents.

Seventh Ave designed the logo, branding, packaging and patterns for the actual product. We have on-going projects with Seventh Ave that support our internal marketing and design needs as well as for our clients.

• It is important that we are able to work with agencies that provide a great value. To us value is not just what we spend it is so much more. Value is a formula that includes quality of work, effective communication, alignment with need, ability to improve on the expected design and how much time it takes to get to final delivery.

When we have specific deadlines they are met. Some of our projects are new products and the time that it takes is elongated because there is the need for many changes and the evolution of design, Seventh Ave is great in working with needs.

This was a 3 phase project spread over several months:

• The first request was for brand design including logo, colors, tag-line and all the collateral that came with it. This was exceptionally produce and did not take many iterations to get to what we were looking for.
• The second project was for some marketing collateral and social media campaign content. Again the team at Seventh Ave did outstanding work in short order.
• The last was a complete website build. As we had already worked together and then were verse in what our company was about the build was achieved flawlessly.

Seventh Ave's project management was AMAZING! We used "Monday.com" as a way to communicate with one another and set target dates for deliverables and timelines for projects. They always came through. Additionally, they went above and beyond to respond to additional projects, which happened to be spontaneous at times, and far exceeded my expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive and unique about Seventh Ave was their ability to bring to life the Vision that my team and I had for Radiant City, but in a way that I could have never imagined. They are in many ways responsible for a lot of our success in our first two years due to the engagement and traction we received because of our graphic and creative design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Seventh Ave could have done differently?

I'm sure there Is always room for growth and constructive feedback. But honestly, I don't have anything to say they could do differently. Maybe ask for more of my business.

Seventh Ave created the brand identity to get my start up off the ground which included creating a name and voice for the brand as well as a color scheme. The deliverables included a presentation with all of these elements for reference as well as business card and packaging files for printing.

Once the branding was complete Seventh Avenue helped with the development on an ecommerce website with custom add ons in line with the brands identity for a working site to sell custom gift boxes.

The brand identity timeline and deliverables were met and Seventh Ave helped with keeping the project on track by providing me action items to ensure that the project moved forward in a timely manner.

There were a few unforeseen items on the website development but Seventh Avenue promptly troubleshooted in order to move the project forward and they communicated all of the steps that they needed to take in order to achieve the vision for the website.
