When you’re talking about technology tools, they’re 24/7. Sometimes needs come up over the weekend or at any time, and it could be day or night. It’s very valuable to me that, if we get an attack on our site on a Saturday night, I can actually get a response from Plego.

Project management was done in 3 ways - I was the project manager on the client side and was added to Buzzworthy's Slack, given direct access to the project channel and direct communication to admin lead, design lead, and development lead. It was remarkably efficient, and we barely needed to send any emails back and forth at all. Lastly, Buzzworthy would provide iteration previews via Invision Studio which allowed us to interact with prototype designs and comment directly on the prototypes while also marking completed changes as finished.
