They dedicated a significant amount of time with us in planning which helped improve the development. There remain a few glitches but they are clearly items that would have never been foreseen until actual implementation was rolled out.

Manan, Gaurav, and a team of engineers worked and checked in with me at least weekly throughout the project and several weeks daily checking. They seemed to be available at whatever time I needed them.
