They assigned a project manager to our team, and when we needed their developers, they were able to provide them as soon as they could. Openweb generally meets their deadlines, and they’re really quick to respond to messages about fixes or maintenance issues.

The technical team interacted with the product/business team to groom user stories, which were then divided into 15-day Sprints. IdeaCrest had a dedicated Project Manager throughout the project. The PM acted as the primary point of contact and responded to our emails and chat messages almost immediately. Because of the grooming process, requirements were clearly captured, and there were rarely any slippages in delivery timelines.
