We partnered with BGTS on the implementation of our SharePoint-based intranet project, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every aspect. BGTS was responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our SharePoint-based intranet platform. The scope of work covered both technical development and functional design, ensuring that the solution aligned closely with our organizational needs.In addition to the core intranet capabilities, BGTS delivered several advanced features that significantly enhanced the overall user experience and functionality of the platform. 
These included the implementation of a training portal integrated with Microsoft Viva, enabling employees to access learning content and support continuous development directly within the intranet environment.BGTS also developed a structured solution for the publication of internal announcements (Rundschreiben), including approval workflows and organized distribution. 
Furthermore, BGTS implemented an interactive organizational chart, making it easier for employees to navigate the company structure and identify key contacts. They also introduced task-oriented features such as to-do functionalities to support daily work and improve individual productivity. All of these components were seamlessly integrated into the SharePoint environment, contributing to a more engaging, efficient, and user-centric intranet experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from your project with BGTS that showed progress or success?

The collaboration with BGTS led to several measurable improvements that clearly demonstrated the success of the project for financial services company. One of the most significant outcomes was the centralization of information and documents, which substantially reduced the time employees spent searching for relevant content.
The introduction of structured document management and automated approval workflows increased process efficiency and reduced manual effort across multiple departments. We also observed a noticeable improvement in internal communication through the standardized publication of Rundschreiben, ensuring timely and transparent information sharing across the organization.
User adoption of the intranet platform grew steadily, supported by the intuitive design, integrated training portal, and seamless access to learning content via Microsoft Viva. Additionally, the new platform established a scalable and future-proof foundation, enabling us to extend functionalities with Power Apps and further automation use cases. Overall, the project resulted in improved productivity, better governance, and a more connected digital workplace.

Overall, our experience with BGTS was very positive, and there were no major areas for improvement. If anything, they tended to underestimate their own capabilities, as they consistently delivered results beyond our expectations. Their ability to go the extra mile, take initiative, and provide high-quality solutions often exceeded what was initially planned. 
We would encourage them to position and communicate their strengths and expertise with even more confidence, as their performance clearly demonstrates a very high level of capability.
