How can we help you?
We create custom software products 5x faster and 3x cheaper compared to traditional software development agencies.
How?
We use No Code tools to shorten development processes and deliver equally reliable & scalable solutions up to 5 times faster than our competitors.
The tools we use are easily scalable, which lets us satisfy a variety of needs. From a quick MVP for a startup, to a fully-built product for a fintech company, to custom enterprise software (ERP) for increasing the efficiency of a corporation.
We don't just code products. We help you understand & map out the requirements, put everything into full designs before touching code at all.
This ensures that we're always on the same page regarding the thing we're building and you'll always know what you'll get at the end of the development cycle.
Once projects are finished, you'll receive superior support and on-going product support.
Do you have doubts about No Code Limitations?
If there's a limitation that we encounter - we'll custom code a plugin, or an API and overcome that limitation. With us - you get best of both worlds - Code and No Code.

Internal tool for managing insurance sales
Client's problem A US-based insurance program manager needed a portal to allow pricing indications for their distribution. They needed the system to optimize and streamline their business processes while ensuring accuracy and stability.
Our solution
We built a self-service portal with both admin and user roles using Bubble. Users are able to obtain pricing indications and a printable proposal and marketing packet with limited inputs from the partner.
Administrators can provide indications on behalf of the partners, see statistics on both individual producers and distribution partners. Admins are even able to set up “white label” users on specific products.
The project included universal sign up and core security features including:
• Only allowing validated domains to register;
• Ability to approve or disable specific users and partners.
We were able to implement this quickly and at a fraction of the cost of industry-specific programmers.

Mond - Social Network for Dogs in New York
Our client saw a gap in the market for dog-focused social networks and wanted us to develop an app to be used by dog owners in the New York area.
As a result, we built a native iOS mobile app with Bubble.
Mond has features normally found in other social networks: personal profiles (in Mond’s case, the profile describes the dog, not the owner. Details include the breed, whether the dog is neutered, level of energy, etc.), a news feed, photo uploads, adding friends and personal messaging.
However, the main feature of Mond is a map with all of the dog parks in the New York area. Users can voluntarily check in a dog park, in which case all other users of the app will see that they’re currently there. Visits to the park can also be scheduled. Scheduled visits can be seen on friends’ feeds.
In addition, people who have Instagram profiles of their dogs can sync them to the dog app - all of their Instagram photos will also be visible on their Mond profile.
If dog owners meet other app users in real life, they can add them to their friend list by scanning a QR code, in which case they will instantly become friends, with no confirmation needed.

LetzCompare - Price Comparison Website
Letzcompare
Client's problem
The client wanted to find a way to compare prices of mobile phones and associated network services in an easy and transparent manner, aimed at the Luxembourg area. With all of the relevant information located in a single website, users could see the full picture and make an informed buying decision.
Our solution
We built LetzCompare - a price comparison website for telecom services and phones. It set out as an MVP to test the idea with potential audiences. After a successful proof of concept, we finished the website and made it into a fully functional product with a clever custom data filtering solution. LetzCompare is a great example of going around Bubble’s backend and frontend limitations to deliver the best possible performance with a product-specific data structure. It was achieved using regular server filters and advanced filters in the front-end at the same time. To avoid long loading times, we juggled shown data using different element states that load different database queries and are displayed based on their load speed/status. It allows seeing the data even as the app is still processing a user’s search. This logic uses the website’s resources in an optimal way and results in a fluent user experience.

77 - Social Network App MVP
77
Client's problem
The client wanted to build an MVP for their new product and see how well bubble performs with a completely external database before building out the full product.
Our solution
For this project, we created native Android and iOS apps using Bubble. But instead of the internal database that comes with No Code, it connected to an external database via APIs. We've found instances where this solution works wonders for some social media features but ran into limitations when integrating APIs. This required code-based solutions built from scratch rather than a simple visual interface like Bubble. We’ve finished the project and helped the client decide not to pursue further development in Bubble, but rather build it with Code from scratch. Even though No Code is great for MVPs, for very complex projects - traditional software development may still be right solution.

Remark - Real Estate Marketplace
Remark
Client's problem
The client needed an extensive real estate platform such as opendoor.com for their agency to better serve their clients.
Our solution
A real estate marketplace built with Bubble, a No Code tool, that has a long list of features. It boasts 4 different user roles, the ability to book viewings, the ability to upload and list different types of listings, automatic newsletters based upon preferences and newly uploaded listings, listings approval flows, 3D view, reviews and many more. For this project in particular the design was dictated by the client himself. It is a great tool for both landlords and agents or renters looking for their dream home!

KIWI - Community Social Network
Client's problem The client wanted to build a social network and a community platform where residents belonging to the same city's region could decide which streets should be closed for cars. For the project to work, it would have to integrate with smart cameras and sensors on the street.
Our solution
For this project, we created a social network platform on Bubble where residents could voice their opinions and initiate polls to close (or open) certain streets.
The admin could set up new blocks/regions if required.
The feed was similar to that of Facebook groups and had specific logic where people could only sign-up if they were confirmed by the admin that they belonged to a specific apartment. The voting functionality also had specific voting logic.
The project involved various integrations with smart signs so that when a car passes by a street, the hardware (smart signs + cameras) would send the plate numbers to our systems and then according to the valid rules at that moment, the platform built on Bubble would send a response whether that person can enter the street.
This solution was carried out on the streets of the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius.

No-Code CRM for Professional Development Company
"Their No Code approach provides virtually immediate solutions that can be modified at any stage."

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
Founder-Director and CEO
For what projects/services did your company hire Idea Link, and what were your goals?
Our company faced an enormous challenge of managing our data, task management, and CRM. We were using a number of costly tools to help us keep track of these dails, and in some cases, we were not using any tools at all. Our aim was to find an affordable, single-window solution that would quickly bring our data management under control, and have it be easy to adapt, customize, and evolve with our rapidly growing company.
How did you select Idea Link and what were the deciding factors?
We chose to work with Idea Link because they specialize in No Code solutions, and proposed the most efficient way for us to move ahead. Their iterative approach made it possible to start quickly and get quick results in a piece by piece manner; we didn't have to know the end picture and could design and develop as we went along, constantly changing along the way, but having an immediately and continuously usable system. That was a game changer.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The entire project was built in Coda. Our company, Multiple Natures International, has a core team of 5 people, with an extended team of freelancers and partners that span the globe. We create human alignment tools--a psychometric test and training programs that enable people to understand their unique potential and connect it with what they do.
There are thousands of things to take care of--product development, sales, marketing, course management, participant management, certification management, email and communication, research, etc. Really speaking, it's an insane amount of detail, and as the company expands, it just grows exponentially.
For the task management, Idea Link structured our data in the most flexible ways, enabling us to view the details precisely as we needed. We can see tasks according to individuals, as well as by milestones, and can also see the load management with useful Gantt charts.
There are also Kanban boards for certain processes (like our certification process), so we can easily track where students are in the process, and ensure that the right printed certifications reach them on time. We did away with Asana which was an expensive solution that didn't give us half the functionality as this new solution.
Idea Link also created a CRM to manage our courses--tracking students each step of the way--their course completion levels, sending them automated reminders, scheduling their live exams, and more. In fact, they did such a comprehensive job, that we realized that in a few more iterations, we will be able to do away with our very costly Learning Management System, and will be able to add a few more sections and create our own LMS. It's just brilliant!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked directly with Rokas (CEO).
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
With each iteration of the tools we get more productive and efficient. It's a constant process of improvement that saves us time, energy, and money. And that makes us more productive.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
The project mangement style has been very personal and professional simultaneously. We keep a log in Coda of the types of issues we're facing. We then book one hour sprints and get online and solve many of the problems right then and there. This approach is really quite novel. You are present while much of the development goes on, so you can give direct inputs and guide the process.
We have also made use of Bloo.io to track project work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
How easy they make the solutions seem to complex problems. And how their No Code approach provides virtually immediate solutions that can be modified at any stage. The tools totally evolve with us at the most micro level.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think at the beginning there was not enough focus on making the pages visually appealing. I believe functionality is paramount, but form is also important because it often makes the user experience more engaging. However, once we addressed this, Idea Link really picked up on that and I'm really happy with the way things are being handled visually.
Idea Link's professional yet personal management style has been remarked by the company. The team works closely with the client to allow for real-time guidance, simplifying an otherwise complex process. They continue to be flexible and readily available as the project progresses.
