Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Development of an entire web solution including front-end and back-end parts according to prescribed requirements. The work included:

• Development of static pages
• Two-way API integration of channel manager with live pricing
• Development of advanced filters
• Customization of the calendar options (minimum stay, booking limitations, discounts UX refinements) 
• Customization of different booking options (multiple room bookings, multi-unit properties etc.)
• Customization of the taxes and other fees for bookings depending on the location
• Integration of marketing tools
• Creation of back-end management for properties and reporting features

Continous adjustment according to our needs and noticed UI/UX improvements.

We structured our project around key KPIs:
