We needed to design and develop a scalable digital solution that would streamline our internal processes, improve UX, and support future business growth. The goal was to develop an advanced, multifaceted marketing research survey application for iOS and Android that could handle complex, custom-designed marketing research surveys. These surveys needed to be adaptable to various retail categories and outlets, with advanced data collection, validation, and offline capabilities.
