We worked in steps. I would share the main goals and they would send back a clear plan of how to do it. We broke it into sprints so each one had its own set of features. They tested everything on different devices so it worked everywhere.

They used the right tools so we could launch on iOS and Android at the same time. On the backend they built a system to manage accounts, orders, and schedules. They also built an admin site so my team can add menus, change offers, and send reminders without touching code. Now we can control what users see in the app right from there.

The app looks great and people like it. It was done on time and stayed in budget. The new features work well together and the user experience is much better.

We met 2 or 3 times a week plus they had their own daily check-ins. They sent new versions every week or two so I could see the changes. If something was delayed they told me right away and explained the fix.

I picked a number of vendors to be vetted and gave each of them an 8-hour dev project to test their abilities and vendor relationship. Competenza was one of only a couple that passed the test. We had the best possible experience! Our project was complex and subject to some tight deadlines with minimal hands working on it. Nishant & Competenza not only did exceptional work at every turn, but came through in the clutch many times to keep us on track and meeting all key deliverables and milestones
