Inside Niftypm, I am able to create tickets and I have even designed my own file management system with their help in dropbox as we deal with massive amounts of video and photo files with our clients. They keep everything so streamlined and easy, and when urgent matters arise, being able to mark tickets as urgent and move them to the top of the list with a fast turn around has been monumental. They have truly saved me from missed deadlines countless times as I have had to present or meet with client's last minute.

Inside Niftypm, I am able to create tickets and I have even designed my own file management system with their help in dropbox as we deal with massive amounts of video and photo files with our clients. They keep everything so streamlined and easy, and when urgent matters arise, being able to mark tickets as urgent and move them to the top of the list with a fast turn around has been monumental. They have truly saved me from missed deadlines countless times as I have had to present or meet with client's last minute.

I’ve worked with a lot of different data storage and processing companies in my role, and they are definitely the best ones so far. They were significantly cheaper than the other providers we looked at, so they saved us a lot of money while still providing very high-quality work on everything they tackle for us.
