Projects vary in terms of data volume required and scope. 

Growth Hub has been incredible at providing us with key and up-to-date research and data that we could use effectively for our business, and they also delivered the projects on time with as high accuracy as possible.

Despite all our efforts integrating GH sales activity with our CRM (HubSpot) proved challenging and required compromises and manual steps to log at least most critical data.

Growth Hub assists us with data entry, data gathering, workflow support, research, and company classification.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

We handle a substantial amount of data entry for our bankers in our CRM system. The Growth Hub team assists us with entering data into our system. Numerous other workflows within the team necessitate data entry as well. To construct a comprehensive knowledge base within our CRM, data entry is required for many tasks, such as bank markups and internal buyer lists.

The Growth Hub team also helps with workflow support when we need help referencing large files, and they do a lot of work on data gathering as that kind of extension of aid while we're doing research. Additionally, they also assist with company classification against a standard taxonomy.

Over the two years we've worked with them, we've expanded the size of the team there. Growth Hub has proven to be very efficient, accurate, and capable. Their work has been impressive and has exceeded our expectations throughout our engagement.

How did Growth Hub perform from a project management standpoint?

I can't think of a project we've done with them when they've surpassed the expected time and cost. I have weekly calls with Sanjay. Whenever there are new types of tasks that we need help with, he's fantastic at quickly getting to grips with it himself. He effectively and efficiently briefs the team, minimizing the necessity for our staff to engage in lengthy interactions with each individual team member.

The Growth Hub team has proven to be very valuable. They've exceeded expectations in efficiency and their capability with particular tasks that are more challenging. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We're delighted with the partnership. We closely collaborate with them to identify areas for improvement, and often the ideas come from their side. I'm not saying there isn't any room for improvement in the relationship. We continuously work on an iterative process to further improve it. We have no fundamental concerns with their setup.

Be open and honest about your needs; they're very flexible and capable. Lay out all of your challenges and their team will be able to fulfill more of those things than you might initially think.

Then, we collaborate on developing outreach script drafts and approaches that resonate with our prospects. My team provides the technical details, and Growth Hub advises on the messaging. Growth Hub then runs the outreach phase and secures business leads for us.

Growth Hub is quickly becoming a trusted advisor and there’s a lot we will work together on in the future. Their team is professional, communicative, and easy to work with.

I was impressed with Growth Hub’s project management. At the beginning of the project, they allocated time to provide strategic insight into our lead generation efforts. They’re very communicative and straightforward; Growth Hub managed their internal team well. We had regular project update calls and communicated via Slack, email, and Google Meet.

The results of working with Growth Hub have been very impressive. They’ve delivered for us — they’ve proven my initial skepticism wrong. Growth Hub exceeded my expectations and delivered on everything I requested.

We have been through a number of providers over the years, most are focused on volume of leads rather than the quality of the leads and their appropriateness to our sector focus, and/or client assignment we need their support on. GH are happy to pause and understand the requirements of each brief we give them before starting the work.

We were please to see the level of detail they wanted to go into on each of the assignments we have worked with them on. When they did kick off the work we received regular updates from them on how the assignments were progressing along with any more specific comments, which we might be able to assist them with as they continued their work. Very collaborative.

Their team is very hands on and while we do have one point of contact for the work, we have a range of employees at GH who we know who are happy for us to reach out to them at any time if we have issues or questions.

Growth Hub’s team utilizes Notion and management processes that make it easy for me to manage our partnership. I can have a granular view of what Growth Hub’s team is working on, what is in the to-do pile, and what is already complete. Growth Hub delivers quickly and accurately — they always meet deadlines. 

I have a biweekly call with the account manager and communicate with the team lead via email. Growth Hub goes the extra mile and ensures they’re using collaboration software that is easy for us to communicate through — they are accommodating and utilize Zoom for meetings per our request.

The competency of Growth Hub’s upper- and mid-level management is amazing. They’re dialed into our needs and very proactive. They’re not just doing what I request, Growth Hub also provides advice on how we can be more efficient and accurate in our partnership.
