      They were very professional and managed the entire process with very little intervention. If they ran into an obstacle in one section, they would work on other pieces until they heard from us. They never stopped working if we were not responding quickly. Communications were great. They sent daily updates on what they had achieved, what was outstanding, and how many hours they worked. Most of our communication was through email, but we also had them in our Slack channels. We could chat with them in real time, and they would respond and follow through with our requests. I liked how quickly they could come back into the project. We completed most of it after about a month, but they jumped in weeks later to help us complete elements and get the product launched. They were always efficient, attentive, and well-organized.

JIRA, the requirements tracking tool, is updated frequently and I often use it to reprioritize the requirements. The team is very responsive to any of my questions, which are typically answered within the hour. We agreed upon a process for testing and closing out requirements, which has led to a very smooth process.

      I work with an account manager and account lead. Together, we hold twice monthly phone calls with the end-client. They brought in a specialist to work on the user acceptance testing, and they probably had 3–4 coders working on the redesign. I've had ups and downs with contractors over the course of 20 years, but it’s always been smooth with Mobomo. When they say they’re going to get something done by a deadline, it’s done. We’ve been pleased with the work they’re doing, the product they’ve created, and the way they’re managing the project.

We had a couple of promotions that we did on Black Friday and the promo code we had used wasn’t working. We released it at midnight and Erin was online and monitoring. She realized it was done incorrectly. She had access to the registration site for our participants, was able to identify the problem, and change it. They’re always willing to listen and help. They have great customer service. I’d called Nahu sometimes at 3:00 in the morning because he doesn’t stop working. They even shared their Excel document of when they were going to release certain things and what time of day. They kept me informed.
