We’re a growth hacking company in the Netherlands and we were looking for an agency who can help us build an automation tool to manage Growth Hacking activities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were very clear with what we wanted and budget was also not the problem. The only remaining piece in the puzzle was the right technical partner. We met several companies, one of them one was GoGroovy App.

Their experience and knowledge in building custom tools was outstanding. After conducting 2-3 technical interviews, we realized GoGroovy App is the right agency for our project. Regardless of no budget limit, their offer was very reasonable and within our range.

As the project scope was already defined, we were assigned a design team that quickly delivered the designs. They understood our concept and suggested the best design to avoid more iterations. Post-design, the development team of 4 took over and they used Node JS and React JS technologies as it was our preferred stack.

Vidya was the primary person of contact. They had a team of 4 developers including the Designer and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The tool that they developed is working effectively and delivering results as expected. I am very happy with the work done by GoGroovy App. Their TAT was quick and post-launch support was outstanding. They were very quick to respond to any query or feedback and made sure that the tool was bug-free and smooth.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We preferred using Jira and they were quite comfortable and flexible with our request. We communicated mostly on Skype and Email. For meetings, we used Zoom and Google Meet as per convenience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The tool was complex but they were pretty confident of their skills and they didn’t budge in difficult times. They took care of every complication and made sure that we received a flawless product in the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Who would suggest an improvement when a company of this caliber provides services at comparatively cheaper rates.

We’re a Marketing startup from Pune, India and we were looking for an Agency that can develop Custom Chrome Extensions and a backend system that can work automatically on Cloud and collect lead data from online platforms.

They demonstrated their programming skills by providing a free Proof Of Concept that fit our Use Case. We loved it and decided to work with this Vendor.

Our project scope was not defined when we started, so they did BA Phase where we both spent time on daily communication to draft the requirement specifications and they also designed the wireframes at the same time. Project steps were defined clearly by their team. Key Deliverables were Chrome Extension that can work on a cloud server, Backend system to manage the collected data and Export those. They used Node JS and React JS as far as I know.

I had a primary person working with me along with a team of 3 developers and some other people including BA, Designer and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The chrome extension is doing its job on our cloud server and we’re getting leads automatically. They have done a superb job and still provide us with ongoing support.

We wanted to have a very simple project management tool, and they used Trello. We communicated on Slack and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their core development skills are extremely high. The project was very difficult and other companies quoted 6-8 months to deliver, but GoGroovy did it in just a couple of months. That’s unique about them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not much to improve, but I suggest that they should increase their rates. We received the solution from them at half the price other agencies quoted.

I was searching for an agency or team with similar experience, I tried to find service providers locally and on many other online tools. But, I wasn't satisfied with the price and time estimations. We wanted a team that can understand our requirements for Website development, SEO, and Content Marketing. We wanted to go in steps starting from BA Phase, Design, Development, QA, and Deployment. Which they did exactly what we wanted. About Technology, They used WP for the landing page, Node JS for the backend Chat system.

was working closely with Vidya and Krunal. They had BA, Designers, Developers and QA team. I liked the way they managed and communicated. They’re brilliant.

The landing page is still in process but the backend systems they delivered are just great. The outcome is that the automation they did in the backend systems are helping my small team to do their work much faster.

They used the Good Day tool for project management and for communication they used Skype. It was easy to deal with.

I found them impressive in what they have done. I must say they are unique compared to other agencies we interviewed. They’re very polite and confident.

Nothing for me. I’m happy with what they delivered so nothing to consider.
