What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t launched the app yet, so we don’t have statistical feedback. However, Quytech has delivered a functioning product that is within our scope of work at a fair price, and we are incredibly pleased.
How did Quytech perform from a project management standpoint?
They are customer service-oriented and were helpful every step of the way. Project management is definitely one of their strengths. We had conference calls through Skype on a weekly basis or more.
They're especially good at setting realistic expectations on the timeline. We’re actually a couple of months early with this project. In spite of some last minute changes that we made, the project is going exactly as it was explained to us from the beginning.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stands out to me is their project management, customer service, and the trust we built. They’re professional, punctual, open, and transparent. They deliver on their promises and exceed expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Skype occasionally gave us problems. Because we are all in different places around the globe, there was some frustration with the conference call function, so we needed a better solution.
Also, since this was my first time in the development field, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was surprised by how many design iterations we had to go through. I would suggest strengthening their design team. That being said, they were patient and open to working with us until we found something that everyone liked.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open and direct, and try to get them involved as early in the project as possible. I think Quytech is more flexible than a lot of people think, and they're willing to accommodate requests. Don’t hesitate to challenge them and push for new innovative ideas.
