Same-day delivery service was well received, but the client initially had difficulties executing it. Within 7-8 weeks, we developed mobile apps based on the initial concept. Since the launch, the apps has been maintained by Attalla Digital

GoNanny (Nanny and Parents Management Software)
Using GoNanny, parents can find a dependable nanny at a very short notice without sacrificing security, talent, or price. The platform features an omni-channel presence with high quality mobile apps and websites, all backed up with scalable, secure servers. Admins can view real-time trends and analytics in the backend, take action on queries and transactions, send push notifications and perform background checks on nannies.
Our Role
The client was very confident about this idea, he had mockups, wireframes, and he only needed someone who could build this quickly. It took our team 5-6 weeks to develop the backend infrastructure, an interactive UI, smooth and fast-loading apps & websites for this idea. Despite the success of the launch, the client continues to add features.

Stockware (Stock Management, Easier than Excel)
With Stockware, you can keep tabs on your inventory in real time, edit your stock, and ensure that only what you need gets ordered. You can send orders to suppliers with confidence.
Our Role
While managing their dozens of warehouses, our client were forever lost in their excel sheets. We turned these complex spreadsheets, to easy to use software, allowing the client to visualise their stock, issue orders to suppliers, and manage their inventory live amongst users with ease.

For what projects/services did your company hire Attalla Digital, and what were your goals?
I hired Attala Digital to create an app from scratch. I wanted to have my photo filters accessible on phones for everyone to use and they brought that vision to life.

I found them through google and after our first phone call I know they were the company for me. Their staff went above and beyond to help me, especially after I was done wrong by a different company.

We had a phone call where I first discussed my idea and then I sent over all materials I had. With this they put together a design which I approved before building it into a fully functioning app. I still work with them to this day for app updates/ new features.

I worked with 2 people on their team. Rimon who helped me create the app and for ongoing updates I work with Adhishek his colleague

My app reach the top 19 in the App Store after its first week being launched and It has ongoing subscribing customers.

They provided an easy-to-use interface that blew us away. Their ability to take a planning meeting and completely understand our requirements and put them into action as well as their recommendations to improve was amazing.

I am the founder and owner of this company. We are a same day delivery service for small businesses.
For what projects/services did your company hire Attalla Digital, and what were your goals?
Attalla Digital assisted me with transforming my courier service website into an app, as well as a driver-based app and admin/vendor panel. My goal was a user-friendly app that customers could easily book deliveries by.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I heard about this vendor through a work friend, deciding factors was the cost, but Rimon organised multiple meetings with me over lockdown to help work towards my goal both with my business system upgrade and costings.

The Traxi is a same day delivery service. This has been one of the largest projects Attalla has ever worked on. We released 4 different systems for my business. User app - this is for customers who need to book deliveries in a user friendly way. In addition, the user app has a small business marketplace / directory of which customers can book products from small businesses to be delivered.
Driver app - this is for hired drivers to view and have access to work / delivery jobs. They can review all details about the jobs and accept the work that suits them. It also has a withdrawal function once they have accumulated funds from working. Vendor Panel - Small businesses on our marketplace have access to their own vendor panel where they can update their store regularly and receive all details about bookings of their products.
Admin panel - a system by which I can oversee all functions across user, driver and vendor panel. I have access to disabling dates, updating delivery hours as we reach capacity for certain dates. I can review contact messages and driver application requests too. I can also send our push notifications to users, drivers and vendors which is fantastic for marketing purposes.

Ive worked with the owner of the company and several team members who have assisted in testing my app and fixing any bugs that require assistance in a timely manner.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project was an extremely large one, I was kept up to date along the way and after launch, Attalla digital supported me largely in the transitional period. Any requests or issues I passed on from myself or customers was taken care of in a timely manner and lots of communication was provided.

The communication tool used, Basecamp, has been extremely effective in being able to let the team know what I need, discuss it in detail and stay in touch with any updates.

This company has treated me as a friend through this process. They were accommodating of any requests throughout. They supported my business in the process to ensure it all goes smoothly,
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I have been very happy with the post-app launch process. Rimon and his team use a software that easily assists his clients to reach his team to fix any bugs or organise any changes.
Thanks to Attalla Digital, the client's app has ranked 19th in its first week in the App Store's top 20. The client is very satisfied with the deliverables and the partnership. Attalla Digital's team is dedicated, efficient, and communicative.
