I’m the head of digital marketing at Ecosoft, a manufacturer of water purification systems and filters.

What challenge were you trying to address with LENAL?

We had individual websites for each country we worked in. To maximize performance and marketing efficiency, we wanted to consolidate them into one website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built two responsive versions of the site in Russian and English to target domestic and international audiences. The full-stack development included vendor accounts and design services. Although this was the last project in a two-and-a-half year partnership, we may target American markets with additional webpages on the same platform.

Work started in October 2017 and ended in January 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get 1,000–2,000 unique visitors every day. Depending on the topic, daily lead generation is in the 40-60 range.

How did LENAL perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. We interfaced with the project manager and head of design via email, phones, meetings, and chats. They’re always accessible and resolve issues quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re open to discussing problems.

No, there aren’t.

I’m the owner and CEO of ShipWit, an online marketplace for auto shipping and logistics.

I connected LENAL since they had a lot of experience with e-commerce and marketplace development.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They built a responsive English-language website to target domestic and international audiences. We began with consultation and prototyping. We created the marketplace logic and designs with the UX designer while their team developed the architecture and backend.

The  full-stack development included vendor accounts and design services. Although this was the last project in a two-and-a-half year partnership, we may target American markets on the same platform.

The team included developers, a UX designer, and a project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They developed the full project, and the platform worked, but I’m looking for investments. That’s why we don’t have any engagement.

They managed the project at a high level and used Scrum methodology for their sessions and processes.
