The main work is the complete development of our application, and later of the appt suite. Following the requests raised by us and the prototype, Broditec has been in charge of validating the proposed flows and completely developing the application. The deliverables have been divided by features within the general application, for example: Nutrition module, payment gateway, Home ...

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At this time the project is still in execution, the measurable results so far have been by applying QA tests that allowed demonstrating the correct functioning of the application. After the commercialization of the App, the user response to the application will begin to be measured: MUA, DUA, WUA

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The response to needs has always been the best, Broditec has the best attitude, disposition, ability to solve problems, its suggestions from the technical side are always well received, as well as the construction of the methodology for the best development of the project. The time estimate has not been the best, deliveries are usually delayed by a few weeks, most of the time it responds to technical difficulties encountered during the execution of the development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The support they provide to the project is quite good, it is not a static development, but rather they advise us on the best technically feasible so that what we want is executed in the best way. The human quality is indisputable, as well as the technical level they manage.

Time estimation can improve.

As clients, we were totally satisfied with the service provided, the objectives were met and even the expectations were exceeded, therefore we would not change anything
