Typically, when we work with outside shops, it's hard for people to understand what we do, why we do certain processes, and how things function. I'm not sure that the Balkan Brothers team totally comprehends everything we do, but it's never been a roadblock. They just do what we tell them to do, and they enhance the areas that they can using visual design.

The site was so amazing that it didn’t look like it was for a small business; it looked like a site for a huge jewelry brand. Additionally, they were very inexpensive. With another provider, the site would have cost $150,000, and I probably wouldn’t have gotten as good a result anyway. Plus, they provided a quote that was within our budget.
