BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Founded in 1994, EI Australia is an Australian-owned, professional services company providing combined engineering and scientific solutions across Australia with an international presence in New Zealand.

We are also involved in overseas projects predominantly in South East Asian countries. EI Australia’s continually growing permanent team members are made of more than 60 engineers, scientists and consultants specialising in the fields of Structural, Civil, Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering. I am the Business Development and Marketing Manager

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Think Creative Agency?

EI Australia had already used Think Creative for a brand design a few years earlier, however no marketing collateral had been developed.

Think Creative worked with me to first discuss, develop and then design a number of items of collateral including a Corporate and Capability profile, updated logos and branding concepts, etc.

What were your goals for this project?

To be able to fully market our company and brand both electronically and physically to a broader market.

SOLUTION

How did you select Think Creative Agency?

I had used Think Creative on a previous project for another Company. The quality and expertise of Kelly and her team I found to be second to none and it was inevitable that I would use her for future projects.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope was to develop a strategy, design the appropriate media, prepare content, purchase and deliver finished product.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Kelly with access to other specialists in her creative team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not at this stage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole team was extremely easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble for them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The overall knowledge and dedication to the task at hand was noticeable from day 1. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the team. Their advice was first rate. they were patient with constant changes etc. Highly recommended.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can always be improved, but in the case of Think Creative, they are all at the top of their game and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their brand presence.
