We hired ePromoters for Online business and to rank our Company as number 1 seller company of Surgical instruments around the world and we want to stretch our business line.

Our goal for this project was to expect International orders as well as to stand out in crowd as number 1 seller.

ePromoters treat you like another person of their team. They not only work on strategies, but also put their effort and everytime comes up with something out standing. I can see Hans Surgical growing up after just few months.

Their team consist of a Social Media Startegist, Seo Analyzer, Web Developer, Graphic Designer, Content Creater and they all work in harmony and we admire their teamwork.

Yes, we are already experiencing positive outcomes from international market and we see our name growing up each day. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

ePromoters and  our company has never experienced any trouble in communication. Work flow is always smooth with them and they don't only understand what we want, but also comes up with better plan each time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The thing which impressed me the most is their teamwork and the way they communicate and work as a team and give time to our project religiously.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I haven't experienced any area where they need improvement. They have always felt like extension of my own team.

ePromoters looked into the issue and resolved it. The team ensured my Google Merchant Center was back to normal and running. After resolving the issue, ePromoters provided ongoing support. They offered regular check-ins and kept an eye on my Google Merchant Center to ensure the same issue didn’t appear again.

The issues in my Google Merchant Center were no longer there. Product visibility improved, Google Ads started to run again, and sales improved by 75%.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

When we first started, we had 2-3 people on our account, but our main account manager was pretty disconnected and it wasn't a great fit, produced little results. She either left the company or was let go, and we were assigned Sana and Mohammad to our account, and the results started to drastically change! We rely heavily on Paid Search for our leads, and the results really started to blow us away. Muhammad and Sana are always willing to meet on short notice, to send over quick updates jump on a call in between our weekly schedule meetings.

We had monthly goals that were tracked daily, and progress is discussed on weekly calls. We're very happy with ePromoters, but especially with Muhammad and Sana! We just started using them for email services. We haven't had enough time to produce results yet, and it is taking a bit to get set up, but we're hopeful for similar results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They seemed to really know what they're doing, but so does everyone on the first call. But they actually produced the results we wanted to see. There's even potential for us to do more as we want to add budget, and that prospect is exciting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ePromoters could have done differently?

The only complaints we had early on were resolved with a new project manager. It feels like new projects take longer than they should to get off the ground which can be frustrating, but it's usually worth the wait.
