What challenge were you trying to address with Tallium Inc.?
I hired Tallium Inc. to design and build a website for me.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Suffice it to say, the first part of the engagement did not work out. After I left the review, however, Oleksander (Project Director) reached out to me and really did his best to improve the functionality of the website, including adding a booking service, all without asking me for any more money.
He took a personal approach, and it was clear that he was making an effort to satisfy the customer. Everything I wanted has now been fixed, and the site looks and works significantly better than it did before. It’s still a work in progress, but it is much closer, and I have been satisfied with Tallium Inc’s work since Oleksander took over.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Oleksander for all of the work now.
How did you come to work with Tallium Inc.?
They reached out to me after I left the review and offered to fix everything that I wasn’t satisfied with.
How much have you invested with them?
Tallium Inc. is providing the fixes to the site I originally paid for at no extra cost to me.
What is the status of this engagement?
We are continuing to work together.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My business is very new, and I’m getting so much demand that I can barely keep up with it. As far as increased revenue directly from the website, it is a little too early to tell what the effect has been, but I have no doubt that it will contribute eventually. I’m happy with how everything looks and functions at this point.
How did Tallium Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
Oleksander has been very proactive and communicative ever since we started working together. He has committed to communicating with me in whatever way I found the most helpful, which for the most part has been over skype video and audio chat as well as screen shares.
I was so frustrated in the beginning because of how the experience initially went that Oleksander really spent time with me and just listened and was able to win me over with the amount of attention and care that he paid to my project. I really feel that he makes himself available and demonstrate care for the customer.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Some companies are just looking to get your business and then move on to other customers, but Tallium is really striving to retain their customers by delivering satisfactory experiences. It shows in the work that I was able to get from them once we established a better understanding.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It really is of the utmost importance that you go into the project with a clear vision of what you’re looking for. Be ready to communicate proactively with their team and give them lots of feedback, because the better relationship you can develop with their team lead the more likely you are to have a successful engagement in the first place.
