Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Carte Blanche was hired to take our existing branding and utilize it with updated photos and information to promote our annual cultural celebration festival and concert series. They created signage for our fest grounds including but not limited to booth signs for our food and craft markets, large banners displaying our performance schedules, directional signage, and welcome banners. 

Additionally, they created our printed and digital program brochure, promotional graphics for social media, and various ads to use with our media partners.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Projects were completed on time to make it to the printers prior to the festival. Marketing material was beautiful and engaging. Feedback was taken positively and adjustments were made by Carte Blanche when requested.

Carte Blanche always turned in projects on time, even under tight deadlines. They always remained professional and courteous in all communications.

I am the chair trustee and founder of The HHH Trust, a registered charity in the UK. The HHH Trust aims to tackle existential concerns facing the planet starting with environmental issues and inequality.

For what projects/services did your company hire Carte Blanche, and what were your goals?

Carte Blanche was hired to create a pitch deck for The HHH Trust to seek funding for launch. The goal was to create a package that allows investors to understand the needs of The HHH Trust going forward. if not for Carte Blanche's dedication and commitment to manifest the creative vision of The HHH Trust in the process, the final product would have never materialized. In fact, the Carte Blanche team patiently went through 10 iterations and revisions to nail the perfect deck which sent everyone over the moon!

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Carte Blanche was selected based on referral from two separate groups in the app development and marketing industry. Once we discussed our original branding needs with the Carte Blanche team, we realized that they had much more to offer creatively than only branding. We kept Carte Blanche on our go to teams for various needs and this time around we were able to contract Carte Blanche for an impeccable production. The winning factor in Carte Blanche is Priscilla Blanchot. Priscilla is not just extremely experienced in her field of branding but ingenuously talented and profoundly artistic as a partner with an alternative perspective on any project requiring a creative, artistic, and novel approach.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

In steps:

1. Priscilla had a long 3 hour Zoom meeting with myself to understand the scope of the project and details about The HHH Trust.
2. Carte Blanche proposed a framed perspective to hold the ambitiously fantastical and visionary outcome we were seeking to achieve. However, this was not done by limiting the creative potential of our design or end goal but rather by harnessing the strengths of the project and developing on these points while reconfiguring finer details to perfectly and logically fit within the scope of work
3. We went back and forth over 10 official outputs before we were all happy that the final product cannot be anymore perfect. The carte Blanche team was not satisfied with simply performing the work we had requested; they intended on creating the perfect form of our creative insight by going beyond the intended scope to create a phenomenal final product.
4. Carte Blanche delivered on time and were always available to respond to any queries almost immediately. Meetings were extremely easy to schedule and there was never a feeling of imposing on the team. At times, it certainly felt that this was their project not ours; that is the level of care and professional courtesy they offered.
5. Every iteration of the work was delivered as discussed and changes were made exactly as agreed and instructed
6. Being that I am not a person with much knowledge in design and tech usage, I nevertheless watched as Priscilla worked hands on with me to create the desired effect in every step of the process.

Priscilla is widely talented not only because she has a host of knowledge with plenty industry tools at her disposal, but more importantly to myself and the team at The HHH Trust Trust, Pricilla knew how to realize the intended effects in every step and angle with an array of tools at her disposal creating a masterpiece of a pitch deck for The HHH Trust.

I had the pleasure to only have to work with one point of contact to make matters easy to go over and discuss. In this case, it was Priscilla from Carte Blanche but I understand from her discussions with me that her team were supporting in the background to perform some of the work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most important factor to share about Carte Blanche's work is that the final product supported to immediately raise interest from investors and donors we had approached. We are currently in the process of signing funding and donation contracts in great part due to the impact that Carte Blanche's passionate work delivered.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After the first call with Priscilla Blanchot from Carte Blanche I knew that The HHH Trust would be in good hands as she listened carefully to our goals and only increased the level of interest and dedication to the project. The workflow was seamless and fluid without ever a hiccup or blunder. If ever there was shortsightedness from our end, the Carte Blanche team explained why we should revise our position in a very influential and educational manner allowing us to understand the necessary changes and shifts to create the ideal conclusion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Carte Blanche is profoundly passionate, artistic, knowledgeable, and professional. These are traits that are hard to find in one collective space but they are certainly the strongholds of Carte Blanche. Their passion and artistic dedication are what influenced our decision to hire them for another project. The first was coming to an end and even discussing a continuing branding project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was nothing that could be better at Carte Blanche for our purposes and from our experience. Everything turned out perfectly.

We gave Pricilla our product so she could use it and let her see our website and previous designs. We wanted her to update the look and feel of our product so she created 3 different options for us to start with and we worked together to create the final design.
