It is a clean bioetch skincare brand that uses plant stem cell technology to deliver effective results without contributing to the toxin load of your body. I am the founder of the brand.

We hired Nirakaar Branding studio to create our brand identity. We had a lot of key points in our mind which they ideated and translated very nicely in our brand identity.

Someone recommended Nirakaar Branding studios to us. We connected with their Lead designer Neel, and carried forward the project.

The scope of work and the final deliverables included the following things. creating the design concept, visuals narrative, brand mark, colour palette, typography, brand elements, design system development, Brand collaterals, social media collaterals, brand guidelines and complete source files.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Lead Visualiser and Designer were coordinating with me throughout my project, which they were further discussing with their design team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nirakaar branding studio was efficiently able to bring our vision to life. They understood the brand personality before starting the project via a questionnaire and multiple meetings and then proceeded to create the brand identity.

They are a very hardworking team from my experience and are always on board to make changes upon feedback. The team had a very nice aesthetic sense and was able to envision the longevity of an idea or a product that they are creating.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their extensive market research they did before creating samples for us, along with the explanation for ideas they bring to the table.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd have liked if the timeline for project completion could've been shorter

I’m the director and owner of fomexgroup. We manufacture biodegradable and compostable dinnerware.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nirakaar Branding Studio?

We hired Nirakaar to help us with graphic design, regular social media posting, and content writing for email newsletters because we weren’t able to do that ourselves.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nirakaar has helped us design brochures and handle our social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, where they regularly post videos, reels, and photos. Additionally, they provide us with new information and implement it in our posts. On top of that, Nirakaar has revamped our branding, from the colors to the logo, giving the company a whole new identity.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with two to three teammates, including Neel and Sahil (Co-Founders). Neel looks after the design, whereas Sahil was my main point of contact throughout the branding process when we were deciding on the overall colors and other things like that.

How did you come to work with Nirakaar Branding Studio?

I found them on Instagram and received local recommendations about them. Nirakaar had even emailed me prior to this project, but when I got recommendations from my colleagues, I decided to try them out.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between $7,000–$8,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Nirakaar in February 2022, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Nirakaar, I wasn’t able to focus on our social media marketing (SMM), so our efforts weren’t efficient. Since we began working with them, I’ve received more inquiries from customers coming from Instagram and LinkedIn, so they’ve successfully helped us build that bridge. As an indirect result, Nirakaar’s efforts have even helped me get very good employees who have inquired about working with us after seeing our posts.

How did Nirakaar Branding Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Nirakaar is very good at meeting deadlines. We use WhatsApp and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Nirakaar has given us data that we didn’t have before, which we really appreciate. Moreover, their designs are very innovative, and their posts are very well done. Throughout the branding process, they provided us with very risky suggestions, but we really appreciated them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m very happy with Nirakaar’s service, so I can’t think of anything they can improve on at this point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend working with them. I’m definitely going to renew the contract we have with them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I came across their behance profile and liked their designs. .

After an initial call Neel from Nirakaar team, we discussed about my requirements regarding the brand identity, he asked about my choice of colors, how I want the mood of the brand to look like, etc. and in a few days, he shared the first few logo designs in different colors and styles with me. All the designs were great, and we finalized on our logo. Later he did the complete brand identity for us. We liked the worked so much that we contacted them again to design our product packaging.

Neel was the main point of contact for us. He along with his team completed the project.

The brand identity documentation was very thorough. Even the product packaging designs were well detailed.

It was easy to communicate and Niraakar team was very quick to answer any queries. In fact they were very prompt when we needed any extra documentation.

They completely understand the clients requirements and vision.They will listen to your requirements, understand and also give their feedback.The communication is also great , keep you posted on the progress.Their work is very detailed and up to the mark.

I needed a partner to help me build my brand's identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nirakaar Branding Studio has been providing branding services to us. They've designed my logos, stationery, website, color palettes, and typography. Their team has also shared the brand guidelines with us, which is a full package of dos and don'ts for our image consistency.

Regarding the process, they started by asking me a few questions about our brand. After that, they designed the logo, which we've chosen from a list of options they had given us. Following that, we selected the color scheme, and they created style scapes for me.

Currently, we're working on creating more collaterals and design work for our brand.

I'm satisfied with Nirakaar Branding Studio's work so far — they have handed me 90% of the deliverables, and I'm getting very positive reviews. In addition, the UI/UX designs they've provided are amazing.

How did Nirakaar Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been an amazing experience; Nirakaar Branding Studio's team gives me new ideas every time to find a solution to my requirements. Moreover, they reply promptly every time I need anything. Regarding tools, we use Google Meet to communicate and share files.
